Her salesman was Benjamin. at first, I watched the transaction from afar, she was treated with dignity and respect, I became involved when it was time for the "paperwork". During the process of completing the paperwork, we came into contact with several other employees and we both, my wife and I, were treated like Royalty. I commend you for your choice of employees and the Superb Customer Service they displayed. As we drove away in my wife's new KIA, I asked her how she felt, she chuckled and said, "this may sound crazy but, they made me feel Important, like my satisfaction mattered", I agreed with her 100%. This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

After going to a couple dealerships, and have purchased several vehicles in the past. I have a lot of experience in the typical car salesman deals. I found my experience with Summit to be non stressful. They were all very friendly, and most of all Honest! There was no going back and forth. They were straight forward, and reasonable. I found a vehicle I love, and met every detail I was looking for in my next vehicle purchase.

I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

I bought my car new, 13 years ago. I am 74, I had my first car at the age of 16. I had used cars and new cards, none like my Impala 2012. The only thing I have had done to my car is regular change of oil. It only has a 75K miles because we always had another car bigger to accommodate my 6’2 tall husband. I still have my car. The only fault with my car is the radio. About the 6 year in, the fm is not always available so I carry CDs in my car. But we had a hail storm that might have damaged the ruff rubber that covers the antenna around the roof of the car. I love my car and although I have taken good care of my car I have take it way over the speed limit and is still as reliable as day one. Bought it new in Ithaca, NY at the Chevrolet dealership.
