great vehicle /a bit expensive but you get a lot/this is my 7th tahoe and planning on another in about 2 years.vehicle speaks for itself.always had great service out of all that i have owned

I was leaving for a week on vacation when my car started acting up. I called Russ (my salesman from a year ago) and he had me drop it off that Saturday. The Service Department looked at it on Wednesday, ordered the part and fixed my car before I returned from vacation at no cost to me as it was covered under my powertrain warranty. I was super excited that they went above and beyond to bring my car home for me. I want to personally thank Derrick (hopefully I spelled it right) for keeping me updated while I was in Tennessee and for making sure everything went smoothly. They are definitely one of the best automotive teams I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Thanks guys!!

I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

We drove 2 1/2 hours one way to a dealership we had never seen, not knowing what to expect. Immediately upon arrival, we saw that the cars were professionally displayed and that the facility was clean and orderly. The owner met us himself and introduced us to the salesman and showed us the car we were looking for. We purchased a Jaguar Vanden Plas that is a super vehicle and received the best treatment we have ever experienced at a car dealership, no pressure and the desire to have our experience pleasurable. Had a big transmission issue after two years only, had it fixed with a huge discount. Other than that, I can say that this is my dream car. Performance, look, reliability, and above all safety ❤️

This SUV is solid in almost every way, but if I had to have any complaints I would say: *The design isn't really original, or even "Blazerish". Do I really care? No, but it's just kind of the reality that it doesn't look a lot different than the Equinox, Traverse, and many other vehicles by other manufacturers. Anyway just saying that they could have tried a little harder to have a signature defining figure to separate from everyone else. *The other complaint is that it doesn't have a CD player. Like who decided to save $100, and not put one in? Some Gen Z kid? Again, I see that a lot of cars are this way, but it's just being forced on us by this young crop of kids...At the very minimum take a survey to see who would elect to have one put in, or elect to have one not put in...people are just going with it

This vehicle is good to have it. The only thing I don't like it, is sucking too much Gas other than that I didn't have any issues so far

Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

Pleased with the purchasing process experience, the biggest issue was my inability to decide on which Bronco I wanted. Will definitely be back in the future when ready to purchase again.

I went in to get a 2026 Equinox and came out of the dealership with this beautiful, sexy, hunk of a vehicle. I love how it handles, how it looks, and all of the gadgets. I just passed down my 2018 Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback Premier, and I was still learning the things that vehicle had, so I probably will never completely learn everything on this baby. I am a Chevy Woman for life!

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

First, I'm an internet car shopper. I research the dealer sites for the auto I'm looking for, comparing & pricing compilable vehicles. I recently found & purchased a locally owned 2012 Chevrolet Equinox trade-in from Nikles of Petersburg. I drove 103 miles to Nikles on a car searching loop w/ 3 Chevy Equinoxes @ 3 different dealers to assess. Nikles was the second dealer on the loop. I contacted Doug Stark who helped me w/ all my questions, concerns, & test drive of the Equinox. Doug was very straight forward, genuine, no frills or tap dancing, & quickly came back w/ my "out the door" price that was reasonable & fit nicely into our budget. The car was detailed for a later pick up, filled w/ gas, & the paper work went quickly upon our arrival. As my wife was viewing the car for the first time, she noticed a small water stain under the hood on a piece of chrome when pointed out to a shop employee, he quickly grabbed some wax & a towel & checked several areas on the Equinox. I live in a small East Central IL. town where a man's word is his bond. Doug Stark & the employees of Nikles fill the bill w/ my wife & me. I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. This vehicle is perfect for my family of four; my mother's wheelchair fits perfectly in the trunk, and there's still room for my nine year old daughter, my mother, and my sister. I usually write reviews when I absolutely hate something, but this time I really wanted to let everyone know how AWESOME this place is! So here it goes... I was in need for a new car and needed it fast. I was very limited on money with it being so close to Christmas. I stopped by several other car lots around town and all they wanted to do was get me into something that I would have to finance through them at a ridiculously high interest rate. I was getting pretty discouraged and was beginning to think that this was going to be my only option until I stopped into this lot. I explained my situation to them and Matt was so accommodating and helpful. He listened to me and stuck within my price range instead of trying to get me into something more expensive like everyone else did. Their prices and mileages also seemed lower from all the other lots I had been to. Matt let me take one of cars I was considering for a few days which wasn't even a possibility with the other lots even with my down payment! What impressed me the most was that Matt and Mark went the extra step above and to my very pleasant surprise found me, not 1 but 2, of the cars I really wanted!!! Who actually does that anymore? I can positively tell you that none of the other place I went to did! I am now a very happy owner of a 2010 Lincoln MKS thanks to Matt and Mark!!!

SO obsessed with this car. I test drive a few new Chevy SUVs and this one was just THE one. I liked it better than the equinox too!

We didn't end up getting a van there or anywhere. We loved their helpfulness with trying to get us the best loan possible and low payments but in the end the lender not the dealer just couldn't give us the low payment that we needed to get a van. So we are still saving and hope that with more of a down payment we can have a newer van by this summer from them. Again so kind and helpful can't wait to work with them again.

My Equinox EV has exceeded expectations. It is stylish, roomy and has more than enough power. Charging at home is a breeze and charging on the road takes time and good planning. I highly recommend recommend this car.

Smoky Jennings in Palmyra has phenomenal customer service. I went in for an oil change and was told the 4th oil change was free. I was shocked but pleased and when they brought my car around it had just been washed. Wow-I was impressed with their customer service. They continually exceed my expectations!!! Amazing employees and service!!!! As a side note, the woman I met while waiting was from Godfrey which is approximately 50 minutes away and she ALWAYS comes to Smoky Jennings because of the great service!!! We both appreciate great customer service and I know I'll will definitely buy my next vehicle there!!!

I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.

Cant say enough about Andrew and the entire staff. They absolutely went above and beyond to make sure the purchase of my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica was hassle free. From great deals to low interest rates and happily making small repairs they do it all. It was a 2 hour drive but well worth it!
