Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

My Tahoe: I love this vehicle, too big for my wife to park, but oh well. Just the other day we stopped at the grocery store, had an elderly gentleman say to us that is the most beautiful paint color he has ever seen. He loved the Tahoe. That makes you feel good inside that you made the right choice.

I have owned this Tahoe LTZ since 2011. I have about 100K for miles. Other than regular maintenance, I have not had one problem in 14 years. The electric stabilizer is great for loads and never dips in the rear. I used to trade cars every two years but it still drives like new and looks great. Only thing I would change is addition of telescopic steering wheel and ability to program new key fobs (2011 requires a trip to the dealer). Cory Gore 02/25

My 2020 Tahoe has been pretty much trouble free. It is very comfortable and very nice to drive. It gets very good gas mileage for its size too. 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. I would definitely buy another one.

I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CRV FWD LX at the Camp Hill location, with Barry as my salesman. He helped me purchase the vehicle as quickly as I needed, as I was in a pinch and liked this one a lot. However, I noticed it pulled to the right a bit while driving it. Barry offered to take care of the alignment issue, no questions asked. His mechanic Scott took care of everything and my car now drives better than any SUV I've driven in my short lifetime. A lot of these reviews I see are known issues for the type of vehicle they were buying, so I'm not surprised. I'd recommend this place and Barry/Scott anytime.

I’ve always owned Tahoe trucks. This is my 5th one. I owned an 01, 03, 04 and 06 before they changed the body style which I wasn’t fond of. The vehicle model is very attractive compared to other trucks I saw when I wanted to purchase something brand new. The Vortec 5.3 engine is still one of the most reliable engines ever made my opinion. I’ve never had issue with my previous trucks. My last Tahoe, I sold it with 301K miles on it. It was my work truck. Now, I’ve switched this truck from leisure to working. I recently had a major repair. One of the parking assist sensors went bad and cause a domino effect, shutting my computer down. Had to have it towed to a dealer. It’s still fairly new so, finding parts that are compatible outside the dealer for cheap isn’t going to go well. I ended up having to replace all my modules, harnesses for the modules since they had heavy water damage from years of exposure (the design doesn’t cover them). That was a $2800 repair. Not bad for having it 6 years 113000 miles driven. I do highly suggest getting the extended warranty on these newer vehicles and renewing the warranty again if you plan on keeping it long term after it’s paid off. As far as the engine, The correct oil makes a difference. Using the wrong type will effect your fuel efficiency and performance of the engine. Your mechanic may be best at figuring which is ideal for your truck in is current state. The truck does well on the highway for its size. I get about 24-26 highway average. The most I’ve gotten was 32.6 miles on the highway but that was mostly on a flat surface which the engine switches to V4 when it’s not under heavy demand. City driving is to be expected. 13-17 depending on idling at lights, traffic, stopping and starting. It’s a reliable truck if your not looking for fancy with a high price tag for an SUV. Can seat 7-8 ppl safely (I had ppl between 5’10 and 6’2 in the third row and the said it wasn’t a bad sit and was surprisingly more comfortable than they expected a 3rd row to be, handles well (your not gonna make corners at nascar speeds in this truck so expectations are within reason) and it’s acceleration is powerful enough to get you in and out of exits on the highway where the flow of traffic is doing 75mph+. I recommend this truck to anyone that wants reliability, safety for themselves and family and something attractive without the Kardashian price tag. If your hung up on brand name status recognition, spend the extra 40K-62K and get a Mercedes truck if that makes you feel better. If your not one of those ppl, Tahoes are great.

Bought this to replace a vehicle I had owned for 15 years and I will say that catching up with the technology has been interesting. I wanted the off road capabilities and have not yet (at 2500 miles) had a lot of opportunity to see what it will do in mild off road situations but so far am impressed with performance so far. Ride is very good, typical GM stuff, seats maybe could be a little nicer, I am 75 years old and while this is a nice ride (longest trip from Michigan to Tennessee so far) it is comfortable but seems like it could a little more comfy, GM always wants to put you in that next up category. Surprised at the power of a four cylinder 2.5 L engine, that thing can turn the tires over if you are not careful. Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle after four months of ownership and would recommend it, no problems, no surprises, oh, and really like the Google maps and large screen. Looking forward to my next road trip with this vehicle, its a nice ride. I might say too that I have owned a full size truck (Avalanche) before and prefer a predominantly front wheel drive vehicle so that was something that influenced this purchase decision.

I was looking for a used van for well over a month and visited several dealerships and received what I considered the run around from their sales departments (we will look around to find a van and call you - never received a callback from them.) I was ready to give up until spring when I located a van on the internet at Wissler Motors . I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.

I Found the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in white with black interior that I wanted online at this Jack Giambalvo Hyundai dealership. They are a good 4 1/2 hour drive away from where we live. There were none of these specific Palisades available in our area so we called first thing on a Saturday April 26, 2025 morning & got extremely lucky!! A very pleasant & knowledgeable salesman, COLTON ALLISON, answered their phone. We had to be absolutely positive that what I wanted & saw online was the EXACT car they had for sale on their lot. Thankfully, Colton immediately got back to us & texted me the vin & pictures for verification that it was indeed the EXACT CAR I WANTED. Within 20 minutes Colton had emailed me applications needed to be filled out & to run a credit check as we got on the road to make the long 4 1/2 hour drive to York, PA. I explained we did not want to make a wasted trip so we needed him & his boss & their dealership people to “please” be sure all of our paperwork was ready before we arrived. We wanted to sign everything, give them a check, use their Hyundai Finance Company and within 1 hour turn back around & DRIVE MY BRAND NEW PALISADE the 4 1/2 hours back Home. Colton was extremely efficient & stuck with it. He kept up with putting all of my information into his computer to make the purchase happen. He even did a 3-Way call with myself & my insurance agent as we were about 1/2 way there, to be sure our agent got the correct VIN # & car info to be added immediately to our current car insurance policy. We needed that done to be able to drive the car back home. We arrived promptly at 2:33pm & signed ALL of the papers necessary to buy the car. Anyone buying a new car knows that’s quite a stack of paperwork but Colton & their team had everything ready. We finished within an hour 15 minutes & by 3:45pm on that same Saturday DROVE MY Brand NEW 2025 white PALISADE CALLIGRAPHY HOME. This dealership’s crew with very little notice even washed & swept the car & filled up my gas tank knowing we had a LONG DRIVE HOME. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciated everything they did to make buying a brand new car from the start of my Saturday morning to the 3:45pm finish of driving it away as easy & as pleasant as possible. 2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I hope he sells, sells, sells until all realize he is a role model. Shout out to Adam who answered my million questions!

Like all the other reviews I've read, a great car, fun to drive, comfy, quiet, peppy, good range. (All these based on price class, of course you can spend twice as much to get comfier, quieter, peppier, batter range.) A couple of points: hold out for the Premier trim level-- the view astern with the conventional rear view mirror is marginal at best, for safety on the highway and ease of parking you'll want the rear view camera display in the mirror and the other camera that help parking which come with the Premier level. A little scare with the charger that came with it- glitched out on me, and unplugging it and plugging it in again didn't fix. Took it to the dealership and it worked fine. Looking on the web later, it turns out that if the charger gets hung, you have to leave it unplugged for a few minutes for it to reset, which is probably what the trip to the dealership did. Only happened once, fine since then. Nitpicky- the charger is supposed to be mounted upright, cord down, for rain protection, but the 240 volt cord is too short to do that unless the 240 volt outlet is mounted upside down so the outlet itself catches rain. If you plan to mount your charger outside, plan on doing under some kind of overhang to protect from rain. Wheels can spin out with the great acceleration and two wheel drive, especially in rain. I've gotten used to the AWD of my Subaru Forester, so a bit of a shift. But Bolt is a xxxx sight quieter and a bit more comfortable than the forester. Bet the Forester get the front spot in our driveway in snowy weather.

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

I went in to get a 2026 Equinox and came out of the dealership with this beautiful, sexy, hunk of a vehicle. I love how it handles, how it looks, and all of the gadgets. I just passed down my 2018 Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback Premier, and I was still learning the things that vehicle had, so I probably will never completely learn everything on this baby. I am a Chevy Woman for life!
