Billion Buick GMC Cadillac review
I purchased 2 vehicles from Sean in just a few short months. I was searching for a black SUV and didn't think I would be able to find one in our area without ordering in advance so I told him to keep an eye out for one. Based on the current market, I thought I would hear back from him in a few months or longer. He called less than a week after telling him I wanted one and let me know a 2023 GMC Yukon arrived. It's not the brand of vehicle I was looking for but it exceeded my expectations on price, performance and comfort and I'm very happy I looked in to the GMC brand. There were a few things I didn't understand about the Valpro add-ons required by the dealership but after asking more questions, I see the value in this product for both used and new vehicles. I had another issue that required some attention but after a few discussions, the issues were resolved and managed by Sean and the Sales Manager in a timely manner. In the future when I am looking for a new or used vehicle, I will be reaching out to Sean first. He simplifies the search by looking for you.

We were looking for a nice used but inexpensive pickup with no luck locally we found this dealer on Car.Com so we made the drive they had a very good selection of cars and trucks . We met Victor . My wife told him what she was looking for and he went to work showing us his inventory of trucks . Cold and iced up there he went right out got the keys started warmed de iced it 1st truck drove it she didn't like it #2 same thing. They're not going to try to sell you something that you don't need. Jake is a great guy! 5 stars goes to the Billion Kia shop in sioux city and Jeremy Allen, the man in charge. The guy don't miss a thing. He's as sharp as they get. He diagnosis a problem or gives you a time it'll be done. Take it to the bank. He's help me with my lemon of a 2020 Sportage a few times. Last time we were able to make my extended warranty finally have to pay for repairs instead if me out of pocket all the time. You can't go wrong taking your car here for repairs. They will repair every make and model too. Some kia suv's just eat oil and have lots of problems. That is definitely my Kia Sportage. Each time I take to Jeremy at tge Kia shop and I know his men will have me up n running in no time. Most recent was an alternator. Sportage's are known for eating these alternators up. Got it back today after 3 days or so. Running great so far.
