I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

In Ocala from CT. Getting ready to head home, and noticed coolant was LOW. Spoke to Casandra from Service. She was EXCELLENT - professional, helpful, knowledgeable. Told us to bring our Prius in, and they topped off all of the fluids, and inspected our car NO CHARGE. No other dealer would be this GREAT, and extend such a COURTESY! If we move down here we WILL BUY our next vehicle from Gettel Toyota!!!

Great truck awesome power Has the usual infotainment system issues that all makes have the sound goes out and radio system locks up shut it down for a few then works again The steering column upper cover came a part when I picked it up the dealer ordered the part but it’s been 3 months no called from the dealer ( Unity Chevy ) Newburgh ny No status updates very poor dealer Also no fog lights and none are available from the dealer or after market needs fog lights the normal headlights just aren’t enough lighting for night driving One other note the antenna paint is peeling and the dealer said I had to pay for that Lol truck had 230 miles on it the dealer was a joke so I will be going to another dealer for and warranty work

We recently purchased our 2nd vehicle from Honda of Ocala. Thanks to Eli Williams, Mike Vironet and Video Brown, our 2nd purchase was even better than our 1st experience which was outstanding. These 3 gentlemen were courteous and professional. All 3 were and on point delivering answers to questions, and addressing any concerns and issues. There were several outstanding "to be done" tasks after our purchase. As promised, all were addressed within days after we drove our HR-V off the lot. I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

We moved from Ohio to the area in 2022 with our VW Atlas. Danny was my first service technician, and now the service manger. While service team is great, Danny really stands out. Recently my car was in for a service recall. Out of the blue, Danny called us and asked that we bring to car back in because the software update didn’t look quite right. He provided me with some accommodations for the inconvenience. While not necessary he made me feel valued as a customer. This is why I choose to drive 45 minutes to this dealership than one closer to my home. You will not regret working with this outstanding service team.

Found the car with the mileage we'd been looking for. Drove from Tallahassee, FL. to Ocala, FL. and Sullivan's to trade our existing car in on the 2019 Mercedes. In and out in just over 2hours. For context, I don’t buy new vehicles often. My last truck was a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS. I drove it 22 years and put over 200,000 miles on it. It was a great truck, so I wanted to replace it with another one. In late November, I purchased a 2024 Silverado 1500 LTZ with all the bells and whistles and I couldn’t be happier with a vehicle. It looks fantastic, Summit White, crew cab with short bed and 20” wheels have it sitting at the perfect height. Inside there is plenty of headroom for 6 ft plus people. The seats are super comfortable and it drives and rides fabulously. The interior is amazing. My wife, who generally doesn’t care much for trucks raves about it every time she sits in it. She says she can’t believe how comfortable it is and wants to take trips in it. If there is anything I have to say that is a bit negative is how the 10 speed transmission works at slow speeds. At times, I experience a sort of surging with it. The truck apparently “learns” your driving habits, so that may have something to do with it. Otherwise, I really enjoy everything about it. Looking for another 20 years with it!:)

Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

10/29/25 Shortly after arriving at my campsite in Inverness FL I experienced with the fuel injector in my 2022 Silverado 2500HD/4 W Drive Truck. I located the Love Chevrolet dealership and brought my Truck in ASAP. The Service Dept was welcoming and arranged for my Truck to be looked at ASAP. The SVC Mgr arranged for transportation at no charge back to my hunting campsite. My Truck was ready first thing in the AM on 10/31. Th courteous staff and excellent workmanship of the Service Team was outstanding. Thank you LOVE Chevrolet for turning a negative into a positive for my Truck and I. Tom S. Sunrise, FL

Very good fuel millage. Not transmission problems yet. Have 103000kms. Starter failed in 2019, repaired under warranty. Has great power for a 5.3L. Quite and soild build

Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. Maintenance is key Chevrolet did a great job on the exterior of this truck, love the look and color. Nothing bad to say only a positive experience.

These guys made it very easy for me to purchase the vehicle no nonsense out the door price. Just drove the truck up to North Carolina and heading to me next at runs like a dream.

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.
