Greg didn't have my "prize" in stock, but notified me within a couple weeks when he located several that met my specs and price range. If you actually understand that dealers have to make a little money to stay in business, then all is well. From out of town and had issues with truck plugs. Tried several dealers/mechanics in the area who were "6 weeks out" or not willing to just take a look and advise. I love this van. The only thing wrong is that the A/C doesn't work. I notified my commercial rep, Andrew and he said to bring it in at my earliest convenience.
