I have now purchased four vehicles from the local Murfreesboro Ford dealership in between working with the sales manager, the service team and various other members of the dealership I?ve always been overly satisfied and impressed with our service and fairness. All I?ve never had a significant problem, the smaller issues that I?ve had have always been quickly and fairly resolved. I can highly recommend this dealership for anybody looking to purchase a Ford product or for that matter any vehicle and for any and all service needed.

As an SRT8 owner this car is amazing to drive but not as a daily driver with less than 60k miles I already had to replace the camshaft, lifters & the entire transmission (nearly $20k). I would only recommend this car to those who really love the design and if you use it only as a weekend drive.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

If you?re buying a car, T2 is the salesman you want to work with. The patients he had with me was impressive. I enjoyed my experience so much. I brought mom down to buy her a new car. Tanner in the service department has also been extremely helpful. I?m glad to know. I have Tanner to call with any questions due to any type of maintenance and/or repairs overall a great team sales and service.

Eight years in my Ford truck. I love it. I looked at GM trucks (Chevy & GMC), still nowhere nears as comfortable as a Ford. Yes I’ve had all the known issues but carried warranties for my truck so transmission has been overhauled. Cam phasers twice (Covered by Ford one and Warranty 2nd time). Just overhauled the front end (bushings, control arm assembly, etc…). Truck still runs like new and rides even better now than when I bought, she is finally broken in and I love my truck. For taller drivers like me, Ford is way to go. Ford has more cabin space than any other truck out there. Ford trucks have the best styling and more towing capacity than anything else in the mkt. Next truck will either be a Raptor or F-250 super duty.

Jordan started working wth me and helped negotiate the purchase price of my new truck, as well as the trade of my old truck. He was not a high pressure salesman, and was a pleasure to work with. When we could get to my numbers, Lawrence Martin (Manager) stepped in to make it all happen. Then Roy stepped in to finish up with the sales process and assisted me with tranfering some accessories from my old truck to my new truck. It was a GREAT experience, I highly recommend Waltrip GMC! Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

My wife and I travelled from Arlington, TN (about 200 miles) to get the Certified Preowned CX-9 we wanted. I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

The vehicle service went very well. The service personnel were friendly and responsive. That is where it stopped. The advisor had a chip on his shoulder and showed by his actions. The waiting area was cold with no one available to fix it.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

This is the biggest reason I'm happy with this car. It's actually known for reliability and I can attest to this. In fact, maintenance has been straightforward and would last well beyond 200,000 miles if cared for.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Good as always - I go out of my way by 25 miles to go there.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.
