I have be driving Chrysler products since 1968. This is my second Chrysler 300 and I love it. It is big enough, comfortable, and gets good mileage. Couldn’t ask for more.

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. I brought my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection. the inspection dealed that I a front brake issue. Mike, the employee I dealt with describe the issue and what it would take to repair it and how long I would have to wait he offered free transportation home if I wanted. because of the distance that I would have to travel there and back to home, I opted to delight the two hours in the lounge. I had coffee and water and I was fine. Mike came in several times to talk about the repair. He also said he had a rebate coupon I could use and he pointed out. I had points in my Buick awards account that I could convert to dollars to pay for the repair. That was very good service save me money and the car is running fine

Great performance. The interior is designed well. It is easy to use. Well designed human engineering. Excellent style exterior and interior. Good reliability. The appearance is a timeless design. My car is ten years old and it still looks great.

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

I just purchased a used Chrysler 300 limited. The car is by far the most comfortable, quiet car i have ever owned. I have owned mostly Chrysler products and they have really refined the 300 over the years. It has plenty of power and my 300 is highly optioned so I have all the convenience features i could ever want. I really hope they keep making the 300. So many makes are getting rid of passenger cars and that's a shame.

Love my car. Everyone turns around looking at it. It's a headturner. The heated seats and steering wheel is my favorite but starting up with air conditioning on in this Texas heat is the best. I have MS and it helps me out the most. Have had it for 7 years and still love it!!!

Bought this car from one owner who was a dealer. This car runs great. It is mechanically sound. The only issues I had was electrical that was eaten by rodents. Excellent highway gas mileage. I recommend it to anyone that travels. Keep in mind this is a Highway 300 Touring. It's not recommended for going back and forth in the city.

Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. I bought a used 2006 Chrysler 300C (V8 Hemi) with 144,000 miles on it for $8500. Outside of regular maintenance (tires and oil), I have replaced water pump, alternator, coolant reservoir (cracked), radiator, and all suspension over the 6.5 years i have owned it. I see a few people saying they had nothing but problem after problem with the car, I have not had that experience. The suspension was the most expensive part, but the suspension i had on the car was original so needed to be replaced. I am currently at 333,500 miles and the car still runs great. I plan on using this as daily driver as long as possible. I even take 3-5 hour drives fairly often. I also drive 1.5 hours per work day to get to and from work. I have probably spent $1200 - $1300 in repairs since me and my brother did the repairs. From a dealer, that would probably be more like $3000 - $4000. This is equivelant to a $12000 ($4k repair from dealer + $8.5k car purchase) dollar car that has lasted me 6.5 years and still working.

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.
