The time to complete the oil change and tire rotation was done in the time frame promised. I was pleased with service provided by the service department.

From the moment I phoned the pre-owned vehicle department and spoke with Gary I was impressed with his professionalism. We had been to several dealerships and had a few bad experiences. We scheduled the appointment to look at the vehicle we were interested, and the moment we pulled up the vehicle was waiting for us to test drive. We were met by Ryan who was delightful and went with us on the test drive. Ryan explained all the gadgets and certainly was knowledgeable. After the test drive we were so impressed we spoke with Gary the sales manager about our next steps. Gary was not at all pushy and left us with much to consider. We knew then that they were who we wanted to work with moving forward in making a decision on a major purchase. The following day we met with Jordan who assisted with the paperwork. She too was on the "A" team at the dealership. We can not say enough about how much we appreciated the entire experience at Mike Castrucci in Milford! They put new tires on my car that we're perfect for my car. My car is riding wonderfully. I really love Joe Morgan Honda and the associates.

My only complaint was on the website it showed a rav4 hybrid I was interested in to have heated seats and steering wheel. I drive 2 hrs too the dealership and the vehicle did not have these options in it. They did take 500 bucks off the price for my troubles though

Grant, the salesman, was extremely helpful, friendly, and took lots of time to help me find the new car that met my needs!! He was personally engaged and is a credit to the dealership and Mitsubishi company. You should be proud of him, and happy he is one of your employees. Bo was very fair and thorough in doing the business of the sale. He wanted me to become a customer, as this is my first ever Mitsubishi purchase.

My experience buying a new car here was much better than I anticipated. Dave (salesperson) was professional, low key and pleasant through the process. They willingly negotiated the price and I was happy with the end deal. Dave came in the next day (on his day off) to go over the car thoroughly to make sure I understood things.

Its been at least 20 years since buying a new vehicle. Absolutely a wonderful experience. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!
