Hello I have purchased numerous vehicles from Classic over the years since 2003. they are always helpful and I feel they take care of their customers.

My boyfriend and I had an appointment with Zack Johnson at 11am today and we arrived early and was met by Zack. We proceeded to have a seat at his desk and advised what vehicle we were interested in 2022 Hyundai Tuscon SEL. Zack was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never rushed us and worked with us to get the payment to work within our budget. I took my Pacifica in because the touch screen and radio/carplay were working intermittently. In the past, I did soft resets of the radio to temporarily fix CarPlay but overtime that prior fix was insufficient. The radio was replaced less than a year ago as part of recall. So THIS time. Instead of fiddling with the problem on my own, I took the Pacifica in for diagnostics on the radio and touch screen. The heated steering wheel and driver?s seat could not be activated sometimes because the touch screen was unresponsive. At the same time, CarPlay was unresponsive telling me to make sure my phone was in proximity when my good phone was right next to the touch screen control panel. I am pleased the company understood my complaint and my request for a single diagnostic charge if needed. The technician did a hard reset of the radio and checked the heating of the steering and seat by means of the touch screen, and tested CarPlay with a good working phone. The tech noted that 15 days of freezing temperatures could have affected the touch screen. Advised that if problems persist. Tech recommended replacement of touch screen/radio. I was not charged for the diagnostic and my vehicle was was for pick up at the time specifies. I also had the company shuttle driver transport me one way free of charge. Also with all the ice someone else had left a vehicle for servicing without its keys and was blocking exits from the service dept . As I prepared to leave, an employee stopped me said the normal exits were blocked and he would circumnavigate the lot to bring my car around to a different exit. I was to go inside to the warm customer lounge to wait for him. He did as he offered abs I was in my way within minutes. I was helping four service staff because I brought my Oacufuca in early and picked it up early . They are spectacular highly recommend this service dept

First off I almost never write reviews, especially for car salesmen. With that said Harry is an outstanding person. He treated us with the upmost respect. He stayed after his business hours to help us find the right vehicle. My wife and I highly recommend Harry to find you the right car!

I inquired online about a truck at Haasz Automall and Jessica Alldredge contacted me. I was planning on looking at it when circumstances arose on my part that prevented me in doing so. Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. This is where Jessica Alldredge went above and beyond for me. She had reached out again to see how everything was going and if I was still interested in the truck. I told her I had bought elsewhere and was having a difficult time with the other dealership. We exchanged emails back and forth numerous times about the situation and she gave me ideas/advise about certain issues. She did all this for me when I had bought elsewhere. Jessica is a salesperson that truly cares about her customers, I regret not buying from her. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I urge you to stop in and see Jessica Alldredge at Hassz Automall in Ravenna Ohio. I'm positive she will treat you right.

I did my deal as an internet purchase from Columbus as i doing yard work within 20 minutes Peter called me with the good news I am now going to be the owner of a 2017 gt mustang, Peter made the deal smooth, it was purchased on Saturday and received the car on Tuesday and stayed in touch, I want to think Peter and the finance staff easiest purchase. Don was great to deal with for the used car I was looking at. I noticed some residue in the engine bay and he had the service department take a look the next day. My overall purchasing experience was wonderful.
