Used 2025 Chrysler Pacifica for sale near Burnham, IL

I was in the market for a used rubicon wrangler, Sherman dodge had the vehicle I wanted. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jesse W and from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new vehicle he was very attentive to my every need! I felt like I left with an amazing deal!

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! It's been a long time overdue, so here it is. 1st deal was beginning of 2020 on a new 2019 Renegade limited. Salesman was Jerry Guess. All went very well as I was ridding myself of the Ford escape I learned I should not have bought. 2nd deal was in earlier 2021, again with Jerry Guess with help from Tom Bialata. This time 2 new 2020 Renegade limiteds, 1 2021 Renegade Trailhawk and 2020 Ram Procity van. Yes 4 brand new cars all with trades, not our first 4 vehicle deal but definitely the best. I learned how an honest salesman is still out there. We, (my wife, daughter, son in law and myself) were very satisfied with the complete process including trade values given. 3rd deal my son in law traded in the Ram Procity van for a used Colorado truck. Again, Jerry Guess and Tom Bialata were involved. All very well handled. 4th deal my younger daughter traded in her car bought when we bought 4 vehicles at another dealership. She bought a used 2021 Mazda SUV with 4000 miles on it. Again Jerry Guess was the salesperson. Apparently Jerry has earned our family's trust. Thank you Jerry and Tom. All of us are very happy with our experience. Sidenote, service department has been fair to work with. After 7 purchases in under 2 years I believe we have a lot of experience and input for any and all buyers out there. Come see Jerry and Tom for a great car buying experience.

Went in to get some repairs done on my Jeep, and it was done quickly and ready for pick up right on schedule. Everything ran smoothly afterward.
