We’re back again! A few months ago, we stopped into Wickstrom Auto Group, but at that time, the car we were considering didn’t quite meet our needs. Alex and Rob were great—never pushy and never trying to sell us something just for the sake of making a sale. Alex repeatedly emphasized that he didn’t want us to end up with a car we didn’t truly like or might regret later, which we really appreciated. Fast forward two months, and we were still in the market. Wickstrom had a few options available, so my wife and I went back, took our time reviewing them, and test drove several vehicles. In the end, we found the perfect fit—an Explorer with towing capacity that will suit our needs for years to come. Alex and Rob really came through. They were knowledgeable, patient, customer-focused, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We’ll definitely be returning to Wickstrom for future vehicle needs. For us, the drive was absolutely worth it for the level of service we received.

The process was easy. Went to see the car but they were waiting for a part. We liked it right away. When it was finished they called us to test drive. Dan and Dave were terrific no pressure. They gave us a figure and we gave them ours and they did more than we asked for including accessories. John in finance and John the gm were also terrific. I rate this dealership very high.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. I can't say enough about Sherman Dodge and more importantly my sales person Armando Bulnes. I have purchased several vehicles from Sherman and I always trust Armando with my business - he's honest, beyond knowledgeable and honestly cares about what he's selling you. If I could give him 10 stars I would - Sherman Dodge you need more people like Armando - please don't ever lose him!!!

I was in the market for a used rubicon wrangler, Sherman dodge had the vehicle I wanted. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jesse W and from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new vehicle he was very attentive to my every need! I felt like I left with an amazing deal!

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund.
