Brought my jeep in with next to no notice, and they were able to detect the problem and fix it by the next morning. Asked about my tire leaking air, and the found the leak and didn’t charge me since they felt bad for not looking before I asked. Great customer service!

First time visiting the Wickstrom dealership in Barrington and our expectations were beyond excellent! We met up with the Sales Advisor Jared Nelson who provided us with excellent service. We had provided him with specific vehicles we wanted to look at during our visit. Since it was a rainy evening, prior to our visit, he made sure the vehicles were pulled into the dealership for easy viewing. He went above and beyond in customer service, answered all our questions, and the team had all the pricing available for viewing. Honestly we have never had it that easy. This dealership is currently getting renovated inside and it’s beautiful! This is also the first time buying a car that I didn’t feel like I was getting “screwed over” somehow. They were very much on our side and enjoyable to work with.

Ben was a great help in helping us decide what kind of car to get. He was very informative and very patient with all of our many questions. Ziegler and all of their staff were so nice and welcoming. We would definitely go back there and buy another car as long as we get Ben as our salesperson.

My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. I have been a Jeep owner since early 80s. All my cars have come from here because I appreciate the staff. Thanks again Steven!!
