Although I didn’t end up making a deal with them, as I am to far upside down in my current car. I will say they were very nice to deal with, salesman I worked with was great, not overly pushy. Overall they were pretty fair and I would recommend them for a new car.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. First time visiting the Wickstrom dealership in Barrington and our expectations were beyond excellent! We met up with the Sales Advisor Jared Nelson who provided us with excellent service. We had provided him with specific vehicles we wanted to look at during our visit. Since it was a rainy evening, prior to our visit, he made sure the vehicles were pulled into the dealership for easy viewing. He went above and beyond in customer service, answered all our questions, and the team had all the pricing available for viewing. Honestly we have never had it that easy. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. From test drive to driving away in the new vehicle, I was in and out in 3 hours. At other dealerships I’ve waited longer than that to do the paperwork and the paperwork was a breeze. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership.
