We bought a used Hyundai couple of weeks ago. I think we got a good deal. The dealership was a good experience, specially compared to the other places we had been to. The sales person Christian Gonzales was extremely friendly, helpful and cooperative. His manager Renato Garcia was also a nice person to work with.

The service experience was very good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. It went well but then a few minor things happened with the electronics. They were quickly fixed except I couldn’t then get the AM stations back on the radio. So the Service Dept ordered a new radio for me, which should fix this issue.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. I was looking for a very color combo/package and found one through cars.com. Purchased new hybrid nautilus in reserve iii trimout of state. Worked with Brooke as sales person who was informative and responsive both on email and text. Entire team was responsive and helpful. They gave me a fair price right from the beginning without the need for a lot of back and forth. Being out of state, they arranged for all of my taxes, registration, and paperwork to be completed through a third party, alleviating the need for me to go to local DMV and pay all of the fees here locally. The best part was when I arrived to pick it up, the process took less than 30 minutes! I’m a car purchasing skeptic, having been burned by everything from dealer add ons to last minute financing “deals” to long discussions on extra insurance, maintenance plans, etc- with Wickstrom I didn’t have to deal with any of those headaches. Their sales process was straight forward and absent of typical car buying gimmicks. Awesome experience and I would definitely purchase through them again in the future.
