Visit was due a recall. The initial contact with Michael Nabinger was friendly, warm and professional. He advised me what would take place, asked for my info, then asked if there was anything further he could do on this visit. He gave me a time frame for the work to be done, and was spot on. This was the easiest service visit to date. Would take it back for any future service.

Paul was great to work with! My previous car got totaled and I only had a few days to find something new that I liked and was in my price range. The staff there were all so pleasant and helpful. They did whatever they could to make sure that I was happy with the car I chose and got me a monthly payment that worked for me. My service experience is always a++. I think everyone at Reedman Toll has been trained to be kind and accommodating. Kevin, in the service dept., is especially kind, patient , helpful and very knowledgeable. The provided tea and coffee is quite nice too. Waiting room is clean and the chairs, actually like small sofas for one person, are very, very comfortable. Definitely makes waiting for auto service pleasant .
