New and used 2026 Chrysler Pacifica for sale near Fillmore, CA

Our salesman Wesley and the sales manager Kim were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are the only reason I ended up purchasing the car. There was another young man who was also a sales manager that was absolutely rude. He may have the good fortunate to look 14 years old but obviously he was not taught any manners growing up. James was in charge of the paperwork and was also rude. He would ask a question and while trying to answer it was obvious he was not listening. When called on it he admitted he was not even listening to the response. We had just driven 3 hours to pick up the car and he was annoyed because it was late. He was supposed to get me a copy of the carfax and that never happened. I am still hoping everything goes well with the car because on the carfax I saw and asked for a copy it said the transfer case was replaced twice. No one was quite sure but guessed the first was when they found the problem and the second was when the parts came in and it was actually fixed. I did have the under carriage checked out by the shop that wired it for towing and they reported no visible leaks. Time will tell. We still have to make another trip down there to get a chewed seatbelt fixed and another key fob for the car programmed. I hope someone educates the rude workers on how to treat customers. But definitely work with Wesley or Kim!

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

We had a great experience at Crown! Our sales person Rafael went above and beyond to made sure I found the wrangler I’ve been looking for to a T. He made sure my family and I felt comfortable, never pressured to make a purchase. As well as our financial rep I forgot his name but he was Salvadorian. We would definitely recommend this dealership for their customer service and variety of cars on the lot!

Great service. They always have a package deal for oil changes. I feel like the service is fast. Saturdays are a little busy but other than that, no issues.

They were honest and said they would not change the oil because it didn't have 5,000 miles yet, but since I was taking a trip, they were glad to top my fluids. 10yrs I've been going there. i was looking for used suv most of my family and relatives are in car business they all sugested different make and model since i had limited buget they could not find me suv that i would like so i researched on line and fortunately fine the car that i liked and could be aforded at shaver automotive group i called them and told them my purchase limit we did negotiate the price over the phone the response from dealer was very considerable and udrestanding so we drove to dealer and checked the suv and finally we like it the dealer had allready had put 4 new tiers oil change new brake new wiper and etc the car looked like new car the managment and salesmen where very honest and helpful finally i bought a suv with my limited buget and my family car dealer look at the car and were suprised and could not believe i could buy such beautiful suv with my limited buget here i would like to thanks and appreciale the help udrestanding of management i recomend this dealership to my friends
