Found a Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale online at Miller Motors in Burlington. I sent an email on Sunday requesting information. On Monday, I received an email and phone call from Kenny Daniels, a salesman that I had used previously. We discussed the vehicle and when I could come in to see it. We purchased a new 2023 Dodge Charger. We were not from the Milwaukee suburban area but found the model and features we wanted which were not available at out local dealers for the time we were purchasing. The sales, delivery and finance staff were very helpful and considerate. We had not purchased a vehicle in some time and expected to be pressured to lease and purchase numerous extended care packages as part of the purchase. We purchased the vehicle outright with savings we had planned for and the trade value of our previous vehicle. The available extended care options were explained to us and we were free to choose none or only those which made sense for our needs. We have not used the dealer service as the car is new and we are from outside the area but the purchase went smoothly.
