I’ve done all my service for my jeep here and bought out my lease - Steve and Nick and Douglas are the best! I always enjoy coming to this dealership, everyone is so helpful and friendly and wonderful!

The part i really appreciated about it was the fact that of the fine gentleman i worked with, Tim, Matt and Teddy, they understood that the 1 truck they had on the lot I liked but had one feature that I did not want to have on a truck I would buy for the future. I had said feature, Ramboxes, on the truck I traded and I think they was a great creation by Ram. I like the Ramboxes and the way they create extra storage on the outside of the truck for ease of access. However with my current and expanding family situation, I was going to need a standard bed. After I explained this to all 3 of them, they were polite and receptive of my request and worked hard to find a truck they could do a truck for truck swap that was on my wheelhouse of options. They were able to accomplish just that and I am very appreciative as the truck I purchased will hopefully be a lifelong vehicle turned into a collector's item since it is a special edition truck.

Dealt with Ryan in Sales and Jeana in financing. Two of the best people I've ever worked with. Ryan went well above and beyond trying to make my experience pleasurable. He is the hardest, most sincere salesperson I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. I wish all sales people had his character and work ethic! Jeana was an absolute sweetheart in financial. She didn't try to sell me anything extra, just the basics to keep me covered. You can tell she loves just helping people get only what they need. High quality character and an absolute pleasure to "work" with!

I own a 2013 dodge avenger took it in for service and found out I had to buy a new battery and other parts. I always use this dealership they do good work and I would recommend them to family and friends.

My experience with Mark and Virgil made the trip to Milwaukee worth it. Virgil was kind, made the deal work, and then explained everything about my new Jeep. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed or pressured. I would definitely buy from Griffin Hub again and have Virgil as my salesman.

There was no need to haggle over pricing, they were upfront and fair in not only the cost of the vehicle I purchased but the trade in I had was priced more then fair. An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. Went for a scheduled oil change. Waited about 1 hour, which is pretty normal. Was treated with respectful & courteous service from the service adviser. Have been going to this dealership for a long time. I would recommend them for your service needs.

There is no better dealership honestly. Dan ordered what I wanted, Ray made sure to stay on it and it came in 18 days! Ozzie is so quick smart and helpful in finance and there is no better delivery specialist than Ashley. It is so rare to find a place that has such incredible staff in every area of their business but Ray CDJR just does. HIGHLY recommend you go there.

I have liked working with Ray (especially Rob in service) since they took over the Jeeps on the Run sponsorship a couple years ago but I probably took them for granted. It took me moving out of state and having my new dealership trying to pull a fast one on me regarding a MOPAR service contract to make me appreciate them even more. Rob took the time to help me (a customer that is now out of state and will not be using his service department) so I could set the new place straight!
