Visit was due a recall. The initial contact with Michael Nabinger was friendly, warm and professional. He advised me what would take place, asked for my info, then asked if there was anything further he could do on this visit. He gave me a time frame for the work to be done, and was spot on. This was the easiest service visit to date. Would take it back for any future service.

Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out.
