So impressed at the ability to service my vehicle in a short amount of time. I took my vehical to a dealership closer to my home and the service was a joke. It took weeks to get my car back. I will never go to the dealer in my hometown again and happy I found someone that can assist me.

Tom in the service department at Tuttle Click is amazing. They are booked up, but that is because they are well worth the wait. Tom knows his stuff. Another dealership almost had me paying for things that were covered under my extended warranty. Tom was familiar with both my vehicle type and my extended warranty program. He was able to get my repair covered under the warranty and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!!! I can’t thank him enough! Hassle free experience when I went into get an oil change with the help of Branden. Upon completion of service, I received an easy to read report outlining the results of inspection. Service department was very professional and helpful.

4.5 stars for not providing two-way free shuttle to clients. They said the dealer could only provide one-way shuttle service either back home or going back to the dealership which is a total non-sense to me. However, I had a great experience with Jeremy Hernandez. He is awesome! He took care of my deflated tire under warranty.
