I had the absolute best experience at AutoNation in St. Peters, MO. My salesperson, Anthony Smith, was upfront, knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. He never pushed me into anything—he made sure I was comfortable at every step and even gave me helpful tips on what to look for during a test drive. I later learned Anthony is somewhat of a local celebrity here in St. Louis, and it’s easy to see why. His approach and personality made the whole experience authentic and enjoyable. I also want to recognize Nate, the sales manager, who worked hard on my behalf to lock in the best deal for my situation. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything lined up in my favor. And finally, Cameron in finance made the paperwork side of things stress-free. 2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

We recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from Lou Fusz Mazda on Lindberg. My husband and I visited every Mazda dealership in the Saint Charles/Saint Louis area. Our salesperson, Chase Winters, was very knowledgeable about the Mazda 3 and was a pleasure to work with. He lets you make up your mind with no pressure to buy. Chase stayed late after the dealership was closed to make sure all the paperwork was completed and the car was cleaned and ready for us. 2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

The best salesman I've ever worked with when purchasing a new vehicle. 2) Finance department had everything in order for the final 'signing' which went smoothly with little time required. 3) A feeling of assisting the customer to the fullest possible outcome exists the minute you walk in the door. Everyone was courteous and ready to make our experience the most pleasant. Since I'm only allowed a rating of 5, that is what was given. In actuality, the experience was more like a '10'.

I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. 2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Quality Buick GMC Cadillac review
Taking a 12-year-old CTS Sport Wagon to a Cadilllac dealership for service tends to make one brace oneself for the onslaught of potential sales pitch that naturally occurs when an older model comes in for service and the dealership is in the business of selling brand new ones. To my pleasant surprise the approach was quite the opposite and Terry, along with members of the sales staff, all seemed genuinely happy to provide service work without the sales pitch. The work was completed quickly and the car remains the reliable and fun-to-drive car that has been a testament to the make's time-honored claim as "Standard of the World". Even when I mentioned that a new Cadillac might be in the cards someday, the staff was happy to know they were helping keep one of the most iconic models that Cadillac has produced in recent years on the road. Thank you, Terry and the staff who worked diligently to get my car repaired and back to me well within the time frame that had been promised.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.
