After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. Five Stars Across the Board ? Best Car Buying Experience of My Life! I recently bought a vehicle (Equinox EV , and I have to say?this was hands down the BEST experience I've ever had buying a car. I absolutely freaking love my new Equinox, and from start to finish, the process was seamless, clear, and even enjoyable! I walked in only knowing one thing: I wanted an EV. That?s it. The salesperson asked me just a few thoughtful questions about my needs, and after test-driving only two different models, I found the perfect vehicle for me and my family. It was like they intuitively knew what would suit my lifestyle best without ever making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. Working with Chris Keppel on the financing and contract preparation was especially outstanding. He was not only incredibly efficient and organized but also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I walked away understanding my financing terms, my lease obligations, and even my options for potential future changes. That kind of clarity and transparency is rare?and I really appreciated it. 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

My wife and I purchased a really nice car (2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee) yesterday from Junior Alba at Kearney Mesa Jeep, Dodge. Give this team a chance if you are in the market for a car.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Mossy Nissan Escondido review
I recently purchased a Nissan Juke from Mossy Nissan Escondido. They were super patient and gave us a good price without any effort, as well as a fair trade in value. I enjoyed dealing with the sales manager Jason, he was very up front about everything and doesn't play games. He's also very honest and says it like it is, we enjoyed his humor through the process. The sales people are very friendly and eager to help even when another dealer will be getting the commision. Our original sales person, Ramez Deeb, has greeted us every time I've seen him and helped us any way he could every single time. I pre-ordered a second car from Nissan, and George Barouta at Mossy Escondido went above and beyond showing me the cars, taking measurements, and helping any way he could. He put no pressure on me and was super easy to deal with. Mossy Escondido was the best experience I've had at a dealership ever! Unfortunately Nissan (Not Mossy) took forever to send my car and when I ended up selling my current car, I had to go to another dealership (since I could no longer wait for the car with trim I wanted). It was then I realized how different the experience can be and just how good Mossy Nissan Escondido is. The other dealer promised the world and then tried to rip me off, I had to walk out the door with my cash offer before they ran out and eventually got close enough that I didn't drive away without a car, and then only because I had checked every other dealer around 3 counties and knew this was the only one with my car. I've only had one service so far with Mossy Escondido and it was great, supper fast service by appointment, they washed the car and detailed the tires for free with the great priced service.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
As far as practicality goes, I think the minivan was the greatest vehicle ever conceived. My main problem with all of them is relatively poor mileage. That problem has mostly been solved by the Pacifica PLUG-IN Hybrid. Battery mileage is about 30 miles and that covers 90% of our daily driving . A fast charger at home generates a full charge in less than 2 hours and, stopping home for a few minutes allows a "top-up" if we go out again. We have often gone two months without having to fill up! I have solar panels sufficient to meet both home and hybrid needs. I followed development of this Hybrid Pacifica for several years and held off replacing my 2011 Town & Country until it was available. Normally we have replaced our minivans every three years since our first Dodge Caravan in 1985. Note that it was worth the wait. (I keep my pickups for closer to 9 years and am waiting to see the TESLA electric truck!) This Pacifica is close to perfect and later models are even better having added a couple things I miss (garage door openers and driver's seat memory among them.) The interior is great and well finished and is as nice as my last Mercedes (1986 300E.) I was a bit disappointed when the new gas Pacifica announced an AWD version but did not extend AWD to the Hybrid. If they do upgrade the Hybrid version, that will be my next vehicle. Other than that, I will keep this one until they add something else I can't live wihtout!

Hertz Car Sales Kearny Mesa review
Mark was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and did not give me the "car salesman" feeling. He listens and pays attention to your remarks. I was very satisfied with the buying experience. Hertz gives great deals on those used cars, I did not even negotiate. The facility is comfortable but looks like a trailer with AC that does not need to be blasting! While the finance guy (bought my car cash) was very nice and courteous, the buying process could be shorter. Although this is not due to Hertz's financial service, but to the number of documents we have to sign. I have to point out that it was much faster at Hertz than at my previous dealership. So to conclude, go there, buy it, and drive home.
