Oakes Kia review
Oakes Kia had a 2024 Mustang GT with all the options I was looking for. I have been in automotive sales and sales management for 6 years. So I am incredibly critical when on this side of the transaction. That being said this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and its not even close. Blake Reynolds was my salesperson and he was amazing. Responded to all my questions promptly and with enthusiasm. Sent me a great video of the car before my arrival. Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
Excellent overall car! Great interior space, amazing technology and outfitted so nicely on our 2021 limited. Very comfortable for adults and kids second row-although could use more legroom for over 6’ persons. 3rd row we rarely use-usually folded up and great for kids. Adults-let’s face it no vehicles with third row are huge leg room back there! Seats are comfortable but typically made more smaller sized adults. Power seats are a must for taller adults. Mechanically it’s been good up to 22k we have a major battery heater issue that it’s not working. Fixed under warranty. But early on we also had sone glitchy electronic issues in our dash but those seemed to have disappeared. Biggest issue I have is it does not regenerate electric or capture the wasted energy of the motor going down the road. Rubs on electric for 30-34 miles then it’s basically on gas. Major disappointment after owning Toyota hybrids. That said for everyday use it’s amazing. But if you drive over 50-60 miles a day or use it only for a trips etc Ild save the money of the hybrid and buy all gas. Other then the battery heater issue, lack of longer distance electric/recapturing unused energy from engine and finally the FWD only is challenging in deep snow due to low clearance-we love it! We will be going to a Toyota Sienna because of higher clearance AWD and we drive both daily and long term distances where the recapturing power is a major issue. Sad part is we can’t use our off peak charging in the sienna. Tip: installed a juice 240 charger on off peak with Pacifica. In our area to drive 32 miles a day costs us less then .35 using off peak charging making this very very economical ti drive as a daily driver!

CarMax Loveland review
After a horrid experience at Greeley Subaru that has us audibly growling at every Subaru we see, we ended up at CarMax Loveland. We both worked with Ray, who is so sweet, chill, and fun to work with. We got my husband set up with a beautiful Kia Soul for the price we wanted. Ray put in for a transfer for the vehicle I wanted and sent my trade in to get appraised. CarMax gave me over $3k more for my car than Greeley Subaru was going to! Ray put up with my impatience over the next few days while my Jeep Renegade was brought up to Loveland (it takes a couple days so they can throughly inspect the vehicles). Ray answered all of my questions timely and professionally. I am telling everyone to go see Ray at CarMax. The business center people were all fun and pleasant to work with and seemed to enjoy working there. This was hands down the easiest, least stressful car buying experience we have ever had.

The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. He more than once told us, “I have your back”, and his actions backed that up. I wanted to get a straight story on the economy on electric operation and gas miles per gallons. I measured my 2021 hybrid Pacifica. It takes 14kW-hrs of electrical energy to charge the battery. It will go about 30 miles with that charge. At $.25 a kilowatt hour it will cost $3.50 to charge the battery. Driving on just gas I get about 30 miles per gallon. Today that will cost about $5.

2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I got 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Limited in December 2021. I will not go deep into comfort, ride quality and design. All of those are present and there are hundreds of reviews out there. I want to cover a few things. EV range and fuel economy. In my case it is as advertised. At the beginning I was really frustrated with a fuel economy. I was getting 26-30 mpg, despite I charged it every night to 100%. But, I got a car in December and here in NY it can get pretty chilly. An ambient weather temperature does effect MPGe a lot! It diminishes battery performance and the heater consume the charge as well. I was getting, maybe, 26 miles on a battery the most. The first day when temperature was above 55 I saw an improvement. And after a week or two an avarage MPG raised to 37. I was able to go 41 miles on battery on a highway, cruising at 70-75 mph. Later my wife took over the van (she loves it). She drives 70 present of the time around the town, up to 50 miles, several days a week. Again, charging every night. The MPG now is around 47. With this driving behavior this can shines, this type of use was my initial plan. On a highway speeds when the battery is depleted, fuel economy is the same or even worth then my previous gasoline pacifica. Also, without electrical "help", performance is far behind it's gasoline sibling. My conclusion is - this car really pais off in town driving and, preferably, with daily charging. Otherwise, it is worth then regular gasoline version. I owned both, this is my opinion. Issues. No major issues after 4K miles. But some little and annoying are there. After heavy snowing I start to get a message that a handsfree sliding door sensor is blocked and I need to wash underneath the car. I did, but the message is still there. Both doors work fine and with handsfree function. I will look into it, when it will get wormer. Another issue was with infotainment system. The update came over-the-air and was installed automatically. After that the PHEV section disappeared. I could not see my EV driving statistics, power distribution and could not change charging schedule. I read some forums and it is a common issue. I did hard reset infotaiment system at least 10 times to no availability. The I decided to take it to the dealership, but after a couple of days it appeared on its own, all of a sudden. Wireless charging pad and wireless android auto works horrible. First one can barely charge a phone and Android auto periodically looses connection. This car has a function to tilt side mirrors down in reverse. It is nice feature, though, I think it tilts way to much down, so I can see my rear wheel and a car body, but not what is behind. The issue is that the right mirror does not comes back and remains tilted down. I need manually bring it back. Garage door opener has a weaker range compared to my previous 2018 Pacifica. Sometimes I have to press it several times standing in front of the garage door. So, I had zero problems with my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica for almost 4 years of use. With this one those little problems does give negative feeling, considering the car is 56K. The way it drives, comfort, practically and, in my case, fuel efficiency are great! Overall we are pleased with this car and hopefully nothing will add up to those little problems.

2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
Love this van! Bought it new last May and have enjoyed the features and comforts of this car. Most of the time during the week, we manage without using any gas. This is very comfortable, has plenty of room and is very quiet!
