Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.

What a great experience we got at Jeremy Franklin's in Blue springs our salesman Henry Robinson was fantastic and took care of two sales at the same time The entire team worked hard to help find us the car we needed and to get us back home quickly so we could take care of our great grandson.
