Never disappoints! Another Great experience! I recently leased my 5th Ford vehicle from this Dealership! In my opinion Wickstrom and their family is the BEST dealership in the Country! Words that come to mind are; Professionalism, Loyal, Honest, Friendly, Non-Pressure, Educational, Transparent and Fun! It’s almost like they knew what vehicle was best for me before I even walked in the door. The one I would love the most, while staying in my budget and expectations! On this most recent experience I was expecting to trade in my previous Lease due to affordability and being several thousand miles over my allowed milage. Ryan Dicken the Financial Manager (as he always does), explained things very well, so I could understand. What was the most cost effective and would save me the most money, both up front and in the long run! At Wickstrom they actually look out for you, save you money, never make you feel pressured, and not try to just sell you a vehicle to maximize their profits. Throughout my entire experience, even months prior to my Lease being up. Chris Krason was Fantastic! He amplifies everything I stated above. He had 2 vehicles out front ready to show me, before I even arrived. One that we had already discussed that I was interested in and one I never even thought of. This way I could compare those 2 plus my vehicle I was returning. Patient, explanatory, great communication and honest! Never once I felt pressured, that I was being taken advantage of or rushed. To say the least I couldn’t be happier with my 2025 Ford Bronco Sport!!! The whole experience was smooth, exciting and more than satisfied! My experience was great! Called on a weekend to check on a vehicle and Kim was very helpful and answered all my questions. I am from out of state and told them I could'nt be there to look at it or pick it up til Wednesday. Not a problem they held it for me and answered any remaining questions. The car has been great, and we will definitely be referring folks there and using them again.

Bob Brown Chevrolet review
I purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Bob Brown Chevrolet on New Years Eve 2025. We had only a very short window of time to get the deal done. My salesman was Nolan Mitchell. Nolan was very responsive, communicated well and was hungry to do business. He handled the sale perfectly! I knew that there would be extra challenges and risk because this was an out of state purchase. I am in Massachusetts and the truck was in Iowa. I bought the truck sight unseen. When the truck was eventually delivered, it was everything I had hoped for. Initially, the truck was missing a spare key and transmitter. Nolan made sure that, in time, I got the spare key and transmitter! Other dealerships maybe wouldn't have done that for me. I think this speaks volumes about their character and how they do business. Other challenges included getting the truck registered and titled in Massachusetts even though it was purchased in Iowa. Mass RMV does not make things easy! Bob Brown Chevrolet's title department worked with me every step of the way to get the truck legal in Massachusetts. Kelcey Firestine in the title department was simple awesome! Thank you Nolan and Kelcey at Bob Brown Chevrolet! A+++++++ Job well done!

Honda of Ames review
This was by far the best car buying experience I've had in 30 years! Each person I interacted with was informative, courteous, and non-pressure. It started with a contact with the online sales person, whom I met in person at the time of pick-up. Adolfo was a true gentleman and took the time to investigate every question for me before making the nearly 4 hour drive. He provided pictures and a summary of their standard inspection report details to back it up. Though the Sienna van was higher mileage, it was a recent trade-in and impeccably maintained. By supplementing the CarFax details, I was convinced this van should be safe and reliable for many more miles. Ultimately, we got a great pricing, too -- probably in part because many folks avoid higher mileage vehicles. Signing the paperwork with Adolfo was straigtforward, clear, and efficient, and then I finished up with a few more signatures with the finance office, which was also quick particularly because we didn't need financing. Honda of Ames provides the buyer a flash drive with all completed paperwork so I don't need to scan these for recordkeeping later. Such a nice touch! Not to mention, they have a comfortable waiting area and a nice indoor kids play area so my little ones were constructively occupied. In all, we were at the dealership probably about 90 minutes including test drive. I've been at dealerships for literally a half a day before! So, even though it's 4 hours from us, I'll be tempted to make Honda of Ames my go to source for car buying. Keep up the great work, and thank you!
