I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. Everybody was so friendly! Luke in sales got me every deal he could on my car, and afterwards when I was stuck with both my new car and my rental, he took time after he was supposed to be off the clock to drive my rental to enterprise for me. I even came in 2 hours earlier than my sceduled appointment time because I got off work early and he still found time to check on me and set me up with a test drive between his other customers. I liked that she did not make me feel pressured to buy. She answered all of my questions. There was a small dent in the tailgate that I wanted fixed before I took it home. Maddie kept me informed of the progress of the repair and I picked it up the same day it was fixed. She even texted me to make sure that I made it home okay.
