Came in to check out a car that I saw listed online. Called this dealership and got an out of the door number and came in to pay that actual number. No gimmicks like other places such as Luxury Motors Birmingham. Luxury Motors Birmingham had the same car I was looking for but added extra money from what was listed online. When called out, they changed the price but it was still a lot higher than what was shown online. The guys at this dealership are here to make your life easy and aren’t changing the price from what you see online.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

My wife went in to buy a car alone, as I was out of state working. She worked with a salesman by the name of Mr. Jolly. He was amazing with her. He showed her the cars she wanted to look at, ran credit through the bank of our request and spent the necessary time it took to seal the deal. He was steadfast, helpful and attentive. My Subaru Forester was ideal for the task at hand. Salesman Nick, Derrick in service, Ben in mechanics covered all necessary elements. This vehicle was absolutely reliable throughout a 3,000 mile drive through British Columbia to Alaska. The team of CarMax, Hoover AL were as accommodating as possible in preparation and the drive was successful.

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Roberto facilitated our test drive and even pulled another vehicle around for a side by side comparison. When we left to look at a few other vehicles in the area, he and the other staff were understanding and did not pressure to purchase. When we returned to purchase, Roberto worked us in with his other customers. Each step in the process was clearly explained as we progressed through them, allowing us the freedom to ask questions and discuss options without being pressured into decisions we were unsure about making. Honestly, this was the best experience my wife and I have ever had at a dealership. There was none of the typical pressure tactics we have experienced at other dealerships. I loved dealing with this dealership, which says a lot as I hate dealing with car dealerships. I bought a 2023 Ford F-150. I dealt with Justin at Driver's Way. He was fantastic with explaining everything, making sure I had all the accessories that came with my truck, explaining the financing options, etc. This dealership had the best price on the truck with the options that I wanted anywhere around. Plus Justin showed me their "care" sheet which was everything that their dealership did with the vehicle after they got it, which even had included dent repairs, new tires, wiper blades, oil change, air filters, etc. They even helped me get a second key for the truck as it only came with one from the previous buyer. There was ZERO pressure to buy a more expensive model. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They made sure I was aware of the available insurances and warranty plans and the actual cost of those plans. They also showed me interest rates from several financial institutions to make sure I got the best loan rate. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from here and deal with Justin again.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

We were traveling and a thousand miles from home. Our Maxima had a problem we believed to be minor, but with the distance to go wanted it checked out. The service department was OUTSTANDING! They worked our car into the schedule and had us back on the road shortly after lunch. It did in fact turn out to be a minor problem, but it took them several hours to isolate it and verify it was perfectly safe to drive.

I have be driving Chrysler products since 1968. This is my second Chrysler 300 and I love it. It is big enough, comfortable, and gets good mileage. Couldn’t ask for more.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.
