It looked brand new being a used 2019 GMC ACADIA. Pur customer service rep Alex handled it very well. We walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. At the time of signing for our vehicle, Alex went through everything they checked on the vehicle. Knowing that they go the extra mile to make sure that there is no factory recalls, or any issues with the vehicle, means they truly care for their customers.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Good people to work with. Just remember to ask them to remove the write on price.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

I walked into Wheelers Chevrolet and Connor greeted me so politely. Told him what I was interested in as We sat down at his desk. He offered me a beverage. He took me for 2 test drives, a z71 2025 new traverse, and a LT traverse. Connor was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. My husband was not with me. I made an appt to bring my husband next day. We did test drives and picked the the Z71. No pressure at all like some dealerships we have been too. Everyone there were so friendly and knowledgeable.. Cody took our info down for the finance aspect. Very professional and knowledgeable. The paperwork went very smooth. We will always go to Wheelers as our experience was top notch.

HVAC blower was defective. Dealer attempted to replace with an aftermarket part which made noise.They replaced it again with an oem part. I felt like I paid a lot more than I should have, but, after three visits, the problem has been resolved. This is a quality dealership that generally works hard for customer satisfaction.

I was in need of a new vehicle and I said I would never go to a big dealership. But I found a car at their BRF lot and John was nice enough to bring it to the MFLD lot since I was coming from an hour away. They were so accommodating that when I decided I was going to purchase it they filed all the paperwork that day. They treated me very well even before they found out it was my birthday. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

My F150 developed a sudden technology related issue that made it run very poor. A simple text message to my dealer contact resulted in a very quick plan to come pick up my truck. They found a simple programming update for a module and had my truck back to me very quickly, all while I was at work and experience NO inconvenience at all. They always go above and beyond for me!
