Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

Drove from Georgia to North Carolina for a certain truck. Honest dealership sent us pictures and they were honest with their word. So happy that my husband found the truck he had been looking for. It was worth the drive! Great customer service and a great truck! Would do it all over again.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

The car is perfect and I’ve Been driving it for 6 months now and no issues at all. I was interested in a suv I called on a regular to ask questions and got answers Charlie was very helpful he seemed to be pretty honest I went there from Washington DC to see the vehicle but didn’t have time to really check it out when I drove it I felt a little vibration and was told it was the tires because it had been sitting so I decided to pass because it wasn’t a warranty and I had to get back to DC didn’t want to take any chances otherwise I had a good experience dealing with Charlie I just wish I could’ve had more time to check it out if I can get someone to go back to check it out I might go back to buy it or if they would put new tires on it to assure me that it’s just the tires one other thing I had to find a bank to purchase a cashiers check because they didn’t finance out of state that was what took up a lot of my time I’d also like to say I wasn’t pressured in any kinda way like big dealers Charlie was very patient

Bought this car from one owner who was a dealer. This car runs great. It is mechanically sound. The only issues I had was electrical that was eaten by rodents. Excellent highway gas mileage. I recommend it to anyone that travels. Keep in mind this is a Highway 300 Touring. It's not recommended for going back and forth in the city.
