I?ve been going to Honda of Slidell for maintenance and purchase two vehicles. Last year we bought a CRV and made the purchase with Christopher Kesner. This year we traded in an older truck to purchase a new Ridgeline through Christopher again. Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

She gave us lots of information and, knowing how overwhelmed we would be, let us know we could call on her anytime with questions. She has a friendly, outgoing personality that just can’t help but make you forget to be nervous. We love our new Toyota and are grateful for the help Dawn gave us to get through the process as painlessly as possible. She may regret it, but she still may be getting questions from me for a while.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Nicole and the entire service department are dedicated professionals. They know their business for sure. Customer service is tops in their books and even though customers sometimes become obstinate; they never lose their cool! Great service!
