I needed to purchase a new car the beginning of April 2026. I returned to Andy Mohr Ford, and Doug Coello was the sales person. Again, the organization and staff were great to work with in a low pressure environment. I compare their pricing on a Ford Bronco Sport at other dealerships, and Mohr at the best pricing. I also use Mohr for car maintenance, and they are very friendly and competent to deal. I would highly recommend Andy Mohr Ford and Doug Coello.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Had a great experience here with Zebb. He was super friendly throughout the whole process, and was very accommodating since we had 2 little kids with us. And the Andy Mohr facility has the best prices of any Kia dealership in central Indiana.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Luxury, speed, smooth ride, great stereo, slot of leg room, great mileage, large trunk, back seats fold down for additional trunk space. It really is a beautiful car!!!

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We have been going to Ed Martin Nissan Of Fishers‘s for over 10 years now, and this is the only dealership that we fully trust to take our cars into! Just currently took my car in for some check engine, light issues and the amount of attention to detail and the time that they spent making sure that I got the cheapest best option was so very helpful. Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this dealership and our incredible sales guy, Jake. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond for our family and genuinely cared about helping us. We never felt like “just another number.” He took the time to listen to our situation and worked hard to find a solution when other dealerships had already turned us away. Our local dealership told us it was IMPOSSIBLE to find a vehicle with payments of $300 or less but Jake proved them completely wrong! Not only did he make it happen, but when we sat down with the finance manager, they somehow got the payment even lower than we expected. I honestly didn’t think that was even possible. This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.
