I have purchased three different vehicles from this dealer, and each experience has been great. I never felt pressured to purchase something I did not want. Good selection of vehicles. Robby was great. He is new to this work, he did follow up to make sure eveything is going great with the purchase. I would like to see this dealership work on the service department more, as I had multiple issues getting my vehicles serviced at this location.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This dealership went above and beyond to make the car buying experience easy and quick. I spotted a car online I liked and gave them a call to check if it's still available. We made it there in 20 mins. A sales person greeted us in the lobby all ready to go. We took the car for a drive and liked it so we were willing to move forward. The problem was that we didn't have time because had a babysitter at home with kids and had to go back. They quickly evaluated my trade-in and offered a fair deal. They took some information down and we were on our way home. They took care of running numbers for the loan and after 30 mins later I got a text with my options. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

When I walked into the Mazda dealership doors, I was greeted by Jacob Carlson. I wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle with no miles. He talked to me about my options. Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.
