We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

This Special Order, Chrysler 300 Platinum Edition, V8 AWD, Harmon Kardon, Tow Package, Every possible option now with 27k miles is no doubt the Very Best Automobile in my current collection and probably this best vehicle I have ever owned; it rivals the 1977 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham (440 V8 4 Barrell) in Luxury, Comfort, Reliability and Performance. This Automobile is a Keeper!!! I get so many compliments on it at all times. It handles and performs as well as the 2 Audi A8 but is extremely reliable. It has only been to Dealership Serivce for Scheduled Maintenance only.

very honest and transparent . we had a vehicle pre-purchase inspection. the car checked out great except two tires were pretty choppy. Lucas quickly got approval from manager to replace the front brakes and rotors as part of the purchase agreement. great car deal and experience all around.

This car is sporty, quick, and luxurious at the same time. From the sexy lines on the body, this full size car is more than roomy and spacious. The Beats Audio is great as well. Really great sound from the speakers.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

After owning my car for little over three months now I can officially say I'm in love with it. The car handles perfectly. With it being my first "new" car I wanted to wait until the honey-moon phase was over and it still amazes me every time I push the button to start my car! I can’t even begin to explain how INCREDIBLE Randy Wise Durand was to our family. After early morning car trouble, they had barely opened their doors for the day on a Saturday and were able to diagnose and get us a rental secured, for our family of 6 no less, in well under an hour. bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Service at Grand Blanc Mitsubushi was for a liftgate safety recall. The vehicle functions better than ever. It was extremely difficult to close the liftgate before the repair. It is much easier to close the lg now.

Luxury, speed, smooth ride, great stereo, slot of leg room, great mileage, large trunk, back seats fold down for additional trunk space. It really is a beautiful car!!!
