Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I travelled out of state for my purchase and Brad did a great job at answering my multitude of questions! They had a driver pick us up at the airport(1 hour away), washed and filled up the car. Brad sat down with us helped us find some local eats and got us convict way with ease. Paperwork was quick as well. I can't thank them enough for making this car buying experience very productive and hassle free! Thanks again Brad!

The Lot was clean and presentable, there was plenty of info displayed on each vehicle. We weren’t pressured to buy anything, Gary was very helpful and gave us the space to make my own decision. Once I decided, they made sure the total price was in my price range, and made the final paperwork a breeze to get through. Even though it was a As Is sale, they made sure I had options for after if I had any concerns. Thank you Gary for making it an easy decision and a quick process.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Late review, We bought a Jeep Cherokee Latitude from this dealership this summer. The Salesman Adam, and Service manager were outstanding! Test drive vehicle (unfortunately on a rainy day) didnt hear or discover any issues. Took car home and next day discovered very noisy road noise and undefined noise from front of vehicle. Working with the team to discover the problem althought time consuming was a far more pleasant situation than expected. The entire time the team worked on the issue provided constant interaction, communication and updates. Just wanted to assure the team that I was completely happy and AMAZED that the situation was taken care of professionally. Thank You Gary Gregory

I just bought a truck from Badger Chevrolet in Lake Mills this weekend (Aug. 2025) and it was the best vehicle buying experience I have had. Jakob Larsen was my salesman. Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

My wife and I found the slightly-used Nissan Leaf at Cars.com and were sure that's what we wanted. But we didn't want to drive to Waukesha from West Bend, so we went to the WB Nissan dealership, also part of the Russ Darrow empire, and people communicated and cooperated and the next day the Leaf showed up in West Bend, we took it for a spin, and we're now its happy owners. So a big Kudos for the friendly and helpful sharing of resources. Beats defending your turf(s) anytime.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I bought my 2022 Wagoneer this week and could not have been happier with the entire experience. Joe, Brian, Chris, Krissy, and the finance team we’re all phenomenal. I have a lot of vehicle purchases under my belt and this team has without a doubt been the best. They have earned our business for years to come. Had the older SUV version Pacifica & never had a problem in 8 years, excellent on road trips. When the new version came out I was hesitant to go back to a minivan look (kids are grown) but we do many road trips a year and need room and comfort. We got a 2017 Pacifica which exceeded our expectations on road trips by far! We camp in the back, luggage on roof, fabulous gas mileage! Even went to each coast for xmas in heavy snow up in NH Mtns & the car did great (We drive appx 5,000 each trip) The bad-back issues someone mentioned...I don't get it, the lumbar is fabulous, the seats are comfy, lots of leg room (we are in our late 50's and climb all around in that car and on the roof, no problem). However two years in we started to have electronic issues, had to replace the big battery ($300 or so, all the flashy safety features suck it up) then the small battery. Lots of the "alert" signs appeared for various things, but there wasn't ever a real problem. (Hate to say it but we have a lot of safety features turned off, not once have I trusted a back-up camera, we are SO old school) Then 4-1/2 years in, driving down the road, the transmission went. NOT happy! The warranty was still good for it and it was all taken care of, but still...a 3 1/2 year old car?? But we're keeping our car, I LOVE my Pacifica! I do believe ours, a 2017, since it was the first year of the re-made Pacifica's, was trial & error with issues, we should've waited till 2018! I would absolutely get another!

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

We bought our Pacifica new, and have had it for two years now. The only problem we have had, is a (tiny) paint defect on the bumper lip which happened during build, and is covered by warranty. No other problems. Pacifica is well thought out, with luxury to spare! Not only do I recommend, but I would buy another one in a heartbeat, were the need were to arise! Beautiful van!!
