Allen and Jesse were awesome in helping us get our new truck! Going into it, we sort of knew what we were wanting but hadn't had a chance to test drive any of the trucks we were interested in. We came in pretty late and Allen was nice enough to get us out on a test drive right up to closing time. Then both Allen and Jesse sat down with us to explain pricing and what we would be looking at in terms of a myriad of payment options without being pushy, which we appreciated, and we went through our needs for a truck to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed for our farm. Overall, they took great care of us and we are happy with our new truck!

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

I'm a 67 yr old Widow and I have a Keyless Car and due to circumstances, I was not able to get my Car Fob in for service to get a new battery for my Car! The Manager Drew Simpson Fairborn Ohio 45344, came to my Home and replaced it for me! He would not even take a penny for the battery! He has shown me much kindness! Just today his Honestly saved me between 2 car's around 2k Thank you Drew for your kindness!! My Father's was a Service Manager and I never thought I'd see one that could walk in his shoes as a Service Manager and this is why I'm a repeat buyer and will continue!! Once again thank you 😊

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I can not thank Shawn Levi enough. We had an issue with filing a claim for gap insurance, I called and spoke with Shawn he walked me through the whole process I ended up coming into the dealership after getting some bad information from where we got the loan from. Shawn went above and beyond and was able to get everything resolved even though it had nothing to do with him or the dealership. Truly the definition of amazing customer service. I would never buy another car from anybody else. Can not thank y'all enough!

I found a car on cars.com that checked every box I was looking for. I reached out through cars.com, and got a response from Jeff Schmitt Nissan within minutes. They were able to confirm that the car had everything I needed, and we negotiated a fair price. The dealership was a four hour drive from my home, but when I arrived, the car was perfect! Jeremy West was my salesperson, and a young lady named Aubrey was a salesperson in training. The two of them were able to get all the paperwork in order quickly, and Rod T took care of the warranty documents. I was able to drive my new car home that afternoon. It was a great experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful, and I highly recommend this dealership!

I trust this dealership with my car. They always advise me what needs to be done and what can wait until next service. I never feel the service crew is trying to sell me something that I don't need and in addition, they make me feel like a valued customer. bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)
