Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I bought a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid through Driveway.com from Volkswagen of Salem. This was my first time buying a car on line. I was nervous about sending a cashier's check before I actually saw the van. Lian from Driveway.com handled most of the final paperwork, sent extra pictures of the van, worked with me to see the van before I sent the cashier's check. Once I saw the van I sent the Cashier's check as promised. The Lithia dealership near me let me drive it home the next day. Kristina from Volkswagen of Salem helped me with the registration of the van in California. She took the time to explain the registration process, extended the temporary plate and registration, sent the necessary docs to the DMV in CA, emailed me copies of the docs, DMV in CA received it, all the docs were in order, and I received my new license plates and Calf. registration that day. The entire Lithia team made the transaction seamless and kept me up to date on the process of purchasing the car out of state. Buying on line widened my selection of this van and provided a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We purchased from out of state (Ca) and they were very helpful and made the purchase quick and easy. My only complaint is that Gresham adds Lojac and security etching which you can't have them remove from the bill. It's a small profit for them and many dealers do it, but I would prefer it wasn't done at all. This is just the way dealers make some extra money to stay positive these days given the compeditive nature of the business now. Regardless, they did remove the lojac hardware at my request although I still payed for it, so that's better than leaving it in there where Lojac can sell your information to 3rd parties. We were in and out in a few hours and got a great price. Thanks to the team there for making this happen!

I have a wonderful 2018 Pacifica Hybrid that I charge with a 7.2 kWh charging station that costs $300 with the optional weather tight receptacle and extra holster! It presently has 76,572 miles with absolutely no problems with anything. I enjoy 20,000 miles between oil changes (due to driving on battery power 50% of the time). I usually average around 28 to 32 miles per charge before the engine starts! Once the engine kicks in, I obtain around 28 to 36 mpg fuel economy using Top Tier gasoline! (Please Note, the first month I owned it, I was only getting 22 mpg). However, at the first month a competent dealer REPROGRAMMED the computer (netting the present mpg). You may be able to find a plug in hybrid that does better. However, you can’t find a seven (7) seat hybrid that is comfortable for six full size Americans driving long distances? Add in the fact that the floor is absolutely FLAT, the second row seats are fairly easy to remove if you need the extra storage! I plan on purchasing another one by the time I put around 100,000 miles on this one (only because that is the warranty on the high voltage battery in my State!). I usually go for weeks at a time without visiting a gas station. If I wanted to I could recharge along most major highways for FREE (if I wanted to wait around for an hour and a half (1 hour 45 minutes))! I hope they are able to increase the high voltage battery capacity in future models (Graphene battery, changing battery chemistry or allowing more of the existing battery to be utilized! I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

I have bought about a dozen vehicles in my life. I got busy over the next couple days and didn't have a chance to make it in, and Kent was so polite and friendly in following up with me. When I finally made it in to look at the truck a couple days later, Kent was on vacation so Larry and Brian helped me with the purchase. I got a great deal, I absolutely love the truck and what I appreciated the most was the complete lack of high pressure sales tactics I've grown accustomed to expect from car dealers. 10/10 will be recommending Bickmore to anyone I know looking for a good deal on a good car or truck.

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

Great experience with Honda of Salem. We are from the Seattle area. We set out on a out of town trip in our new Honda CRV. We were close to the Portland area when we lost connection with Apple Car Play. We pulled into Honda of Salem unannounced with no appointment. A couple guys from the service department tried to get it up and running but they were unsuccessful. They finally said they were going to get the software expert to look at it. They summoned Mr Philip Pham from the Sales/internet department. Within 30 minutes he had everything reset and working like new. He also explained some of the systems & how they worked on our new car. Actually he explained things far better than our experience up in Seattle. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.
