We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

It was very good got all the information done over the phone came in and left in our new truck! We came for a different truck than we left in but the truck we left in was better than no vehicle at all.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

My husband had been thinking about a new Ranger to replace his 2016 Ford F150 which was still in great condition. We stopped by Bob Thomas North last week to look at a new 2024 Ranger XLT. Jim Klein a salesman came out to greet us and show us the truck. We ended up purchasing the truck and trading in our F150 and Honda Accord. The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.
