Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I just wish they opened on the weekend so I can schedule my next change of oil during my free time and use my PTO for something different.

The service department is amazing and I mean amazing. I had new more aggressive tires put on my new vehicle a few days after purchase and the service department made me feel like I was with family. Tonya and her staff were incredible at making us feel at home, updated on vehicle and comfortable. Tonya even offered for us to use her personal vehicle because there we no loners available. The parts department staff was amazing too, they genuinely tried to help us and make us feel comfortable. We were offered snacks and drinks multiple times. Simply amazing. I bought my Buick Encore at Tim Short Mitsubishi and decided to have it serviced there as well. Devin Wolfe the service advisor let me know I had a front rotor going bad and worked with me to find an appointment that worked with my work schedule. I mentioned I had been going through a lot trying to get my real tags on my car and was quickly approaching my second extension. Not only did they help me get my new tags the very same day, Devin went above and beyond to also give me a discount on the service of my vehicle! The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
