I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day. Ricky in sales was amazing, easy to deal with, I told him what I needed and he took care of it without a bat of an eye!! I will refer anyone to this dealership and specifically to Ricky Pim. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Not only was everyone in my state overcharging. They were all rude and arrogant. As if they were doing my a favor by overcharging for a somewhat limited vehicle. So I bought this car in Colorado. All over the phone. Because Chris always answered my calls and was very respectful. I feel like I made a friend. And believe me, that's hard to say about a car salesman.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I showed up. They had the car outside pulled right up front for me. Cisco greeted me and was friendly all the way through. I drove the car it drives great im a certified mechanic. It is in great condition. I get my tax returns next week. I will be back to buy the car if it's still available l. Based on the way I was treated even if the hyundai is not available which i hope it is but if not I will be back to buy a differnt car from South Creek

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state which was very nerve wracking. Anthony was my eyes and ears throughout the entire process. I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

As far as practicality goes, I think the minivan was the greatest vehicle ever conceived. My main problem with all of them is relatively poor mileage. That problem has mostly been solved by the Pacifica PLUG-IN Hybrid. Battery mileage is about 30 miles and that covers 90% of our daily driving . A fast charger at home generates a full charge in less than 2 hours and, stopping home for a few minutes allows a "top-up" if we go out again. We have often gone two months without having to fill up! I have solar panels sufficient to meet both home and hybrid needs. I followed development of this Hybrid Pacifica for several years and held off replacing my 2011 Town & Country until it was available. Normally we have replaced our minivans every three years since our first Dodge Caravan in 1985. Note that it was worth the wait. (I keep my pickups for closer to 9 years and am waiting to see the TESLA electric truck!) This Pacifica is close to perfect and later models are even better having added a couple things I miss (garage door openers and driver's seat memory among them.) The interior is great and well finished and is as nice as my last Mercedes (1986 300E.) I was a bit disappointed when the new gas Pacifica announced an AWD version but did not extend AWD to the Hybrid. If they do upgrade the Hybrid version, that will be my next vehicle. Other than that, I will keep this one until they add something else I can't live wihtout!

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

Looooove my new Voyager!! It has heated seats and steering wheel!! So much room and great trunk space!! The only thing is I wish it has Power doors and trunk and I also wish the side windows in the far back opened. Even just vented. But overall i loooooove it ! Smooth quiet ride!!

I was selling my 2017 Forester XT to buy an e-bike to commute with instead and it couldn’t have been an easier process. I generally do not do reviews, but I feel I must express my experience with Valley Nissan in Longmont, Colorado. I live in Boulder and have been considering a new Nissan Leaf, after contacting several dealerships, I have to say that Valley Nissan was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. From my initial contact with Blake the Internet Director, outstanding communication, he respected my preference in the way I wanted to communicate, answered my questions quickly and directly. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by both Blake and my sales consultant Leon, who had all paperwork ready to go for a quicker transition. Leon went over the car with me , answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable; (this was very appreciated as this is my first electric car). This outstanding customer service continued with the Finance Manager Nate, he came out and introduced himself to me, explained the rest of the process and when I would be with him to finalize all paperwork. The thing that impressed me with Nate was, he did not try and sell me a bunch of products/coverage, he presented me with what he would recommend based on how I was purchasing my car-so refreshing! What a great team at Valley Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to these guys!
