We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Brought my ‘22 Quadrafoglio in for scheduled service. From the tech who I met in the parking lot who cheerfully guided me to service. To Kate the service writer who is just incredible. Very Knowledgeable and friendly. Had me out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

I had seen online a 2008 trailblazer with less than 100,000 miles but, it was a little above my budget so, I gave up after looking and looking for a vehicle. As I was at another dealership my phone rang and it was the owner of this Sarracino auto sales. I purchased this trailblazer today the same day and the owner worked with me. Not over the phone, not by text or online but, in person. Sometimes it's better to go to a dealership, actually talk to someone, ask questions face to face. I can't be happier with this purchase and the way Darryl talked to me and the face to face communication. Those of you that are wanting to go see car's, Call this dealership and talk to Daryll. We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

I just had my Cherokee in for a oil change service is always fast and reliable but upon checking my vehicle the next day I noticed one of the tire valve caps missing on the left front tire and on the other 3 tires the caps were loose. They also adjusted my psi on the tires down in which I told them not to do that because I like to run the psi about 40 psi slightly above the recommended of 36. Although the service was fast I was disappointed this time.

Mark rolled out the red carpet for my preowned Malibu purchase! I drove almost 4 hours to get there and when I arrived, Mark had the car ready to go and paperwork was ready as well. I have bought 3 cars with Wexford Kia. They are friendly, responsive, and work very hard to get the best deal possible. They honored the warranty on my used Sedona on the last day of the warranty and worked with my insurance company so I only owed $100 on a new engine. After I totaled my used Sorento, I was in a new leased Sportage in 2 weeks. I was to get a 2025, but since they did not have one in stock that they could get to me, they gave me a 2026 for the same price I was quoted at for the 2025. I worked with Sales Associate Michael Salati. He is the best! John Clutter and Dave Debruyn in the finance department are great as well. John truly worked some car magic to get the monthly payment down for me.

As a new car buyer this place really gave me a great experience love the guy “JP” he was an amazing car sales man keeping things quick and professional definitely give this place a look.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.
