While I can't speak for the sales department here, I can certainly speak highly of the service department! So much so that I'll probably check in with sales when the time comes for a newer vehicle. I started having problems with my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee due to issues involving FCA recall #V62 Fuel Pump Relay. This issue left me with a Jeep that would intermittently not start. As you can imagine this left me stranded numerous times. I initially contacted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 service department and spoke with Laura Spinola. She was very knowledgeable about the recall. She gave me some pointers and I was able to get it started later that day. I proceeded to call around to see about this so called "interim fix. Other dealerships and FCA were of no help and actually told me there was nothing they could do. I was left stranded again the next day. I connected with Laura again and she was informed that the parts were available after all. Knowing how frustrated I had become being stranded again, she went the extra mile and said they would take care of the issue that night. And they did!!! Within an hour or so i was back on the road. I have never experienced customer service of this level. I will only have good things to say about Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 Service department. Laura, Rob and crew deserve all the praise. From the first phone call to the in-person meeting with our sales representative Aram, our experience was excellent. Everyone at the dealership as a whole was very friendly and helpful including the manager and financing personnel. The sales representative was always accessible and courteous understanding our needs in a new car purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.
