Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Contacted the dealer regarding a new Silverado I found on their website (which was easy to use and upfront pricing). After speaking with the salesman, Bob, we decided to check the truck out on Saturday. When we arrived, Keith set us up with a test drive and helped us with all of our questions. We loved that there was no pressure and no pushy sales tactics we found at other dealers. It really made us feel welcome and part of the family. They let us think it over and we ultimately decided to buy the truck the following Monday. They made sure that we qualified for all of the incentives and really went out of their way. We gave Ernie some information over the phone and had everything ready for us when we arrived at the dealer after work, making the process very fast for us. We were in and out in 45-minutes with a new truck. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. This will be our first stop for vehicles from now on.

Tom and Steve were courteous and cordial. Good selection of vehicles in the category I was interested in purchasing. Price was reasonable. Future interaction will shape my final review. But, at least at this point, it has been a decent buying experience.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Doug has been especially helpful with my most recent purchase (a leased 2022 Jeep Compass Latitude), and I will always feel secure dealing with him for ANY purchases or recommendations. I just had my Cherokee in for a oil change service is always fast and reliable but upon checking my vehicle the next day I noticed one of the tire valve caps missing on the left front tire and on the other 3 tires the caps were loose. They also adjusted my psi on the tires down in which I told them not to do that because I like to run the psi about 40 psi slightly above the recommended of 36. Although the service was fast I was disappointed this time.

Recently bought a truck from Hollern and Sons. I worked with Brian and had a great experience. The truck was in great condition and the price was better than I could find thorough a nation wide search for the specs I wanted and the low milage. I drove 3hrs to get the truck and it was worth it. Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.
