So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

I have had Gabriel Paramo as a Service Consultant twice now. Both times he has offered Excellent service. He has done everything he could to expedite the service of my vehicle and minimize my wait. The previous time I was in he prioritized finding the cause of our warning lights going off, knowing that we had a family weekend planned and we needed the car as soon as possible. The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

I had a phenomenal experience at DCH Subaru of Riverside. This was after trying out a few other brands and even a few other Subaru dealerships. We first went to Spreen (San Bernardino Subaru) and while I sppreciated their help with the initial test driving phase, things quickly devolved during the sale process. We next went to DCH Subaru of Riverside and met with George and IMMEDIATELY there was a difference. I gave DCH the same information I gave to Spreen and Ontario Subaru, but DCH was the only one that listened. I told them my limit in dollars and what I was looking for. I felt listened to and taken care of, and my first new car purchase went much better than I thought it would (especially after getting runarounds from other dealerships). It is now about a week later and I am still over the moon with my purchase. I feel I got a fair price and everyone comes away with something. Because of DCH Subaru of Riverside, I am now a proud owner of an Outback and part of the Subaru team. DCH got me as a customer for life...I plan to buy and service all of my cars from DCH. When I picked up my car the next day, George and Michael and Josh handed off to keep things smooth. I cannot say enough good things about the people and my experience. To top it off, George scrounged up some swag to put a smile on my daughters face (as well as my wife) and now our cat is groomed with Subaru brush. If you are interested in a new Subaru, please do yourself the favor of giving DCH Subaru of Riverside a chance. Do your diligence and check Edmunds and KBB for an idea of what is a fair price so you go in informed, then go to DCH and see what they can do for you. Personally, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. I honestly cannot wait for the first oil change to check out their service department (they are supposed to be just as awesome as sales and finance). I will update my review then or write a new one based on that too.

Looooove my new Voyager!! It has heated seats and steering wheel!! So much room and great trunk space!! The only thing is I wish it has Power doors and trunk and I also wish the side windows in the far back opened. Even just vented. But overall i loooooove it ! Smooth quiet ride!!

I found Raj by accident… but now I consider it a blessing! I was in need of a vehicle after mine had been totaled parked in front of my house! Someone hit my car and it was smashed and not drivable. I was so stressed out car shopping and I came upon Raj and his Son by calling what I thought was a different dealership. I ended up speaking with him over the phone and immediately he was helpful and accommodating! I met him a few days later and spent about three hours there test driving the vehicle I was interested in. Him and his son were very very patient and kind with me . I brought my dad with me to check everything out since he’s a seasoned mechanic and he ended up approving of the car I wanted and we put our deposit down and picked it up the next day! Raj answered every question I had he went over everything in fine detail and spent a lot of time talking with us. I’m a mother of three so the car I have must be dependable and safe. Raj helped me get just that! He even talked with me on the phone a few days later to help me figure out a few things on my new car. Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

Just like everyone, I've had to wait a decent amount of time for my vehicle to get serviced, but sometimes you'll be waiting for hours and never know what's going on. The woman who helped me, Mrs. Pamela Allen was a great help and always gave me an update on my vehicles progress, this way I would be able to gage how long I may have to wait and pay. The hybrid makes a lot of sense because of the overall mpg. That drives a lot of the value we derive from this van. I would probably purchase another newer model if the overall electric miles substantially increased.
