Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

To get the car exactly like I wanted it, I found one up in the Detroit area and bought it from that dealership. Before I bought it though I was looking all over for the exact car and found one in Pennsylvania, but it had everything I wanted with the exception of it having a sunroof, (which i really didn't want), but was willing to accept if I had the head room, (I'm 6' 4"). I went down to Valley Motors and explained my situation and their salesman was more than willing to help me out even though I wasn't buying the car from them. I ended up buying the car from Michigan. Now came the choice of finding a dealership to service my new car. Since they were so accommodating I chose Valley City. It was a GREAT choice. I've had my car there several times for regular service, and I did have a recall notice they took care of. For not buying the car from them they still treat me as a valued customer, I couldn't of asked for any better.

We had some warranty work completed. They finished the work quick. They were thorough and kept me in the loop.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

I went to serpentini in tallmadge oh on a voucher of 90 down and 90 days for 1st payment. Joey frame was unable to get me in a vehicle under this voucher program however he was able to get me into a vehicle. He was very patient and worked very hard to make it happen. I am very satisfied with my service I received and would recommend anyone to go here.

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

My service related issues were resolved within a timely and the cost was reasonable. The associate were friendly and helpful.

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.
