I had a very good experience today leasing a new car. The sales staff were exceptional in helping me. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and I cannot be more pleased.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I recommend anyone who want to purchase a new car to go to carshop, specially cranberry location, everyone is friendly, they make you feel welcome, and don't pressure you into one vehicle, they show you all options and are straight forward with hiw much it will cost you, Elaine a currier there was amazing she went above and beyond to help us find the right car I recommend carshop for all

It was a perfect experience with Keyshawn from the original email exchange through the purchase process. He was straightforward and upfront, which is extremely refreshing. Although I passed at least a dozen dealerships on my way there, I will definitely go there again for future purchases.

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Everyone so efficient and polite, the smiles, the wash the attitudes. I will never buy a car anywhere else. Please visit them, they are great

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

A little more than we needed, but it has everything we need and then some. It should be comfortable when taking long trips. Like the SiriusXM radio.

Service was excellent as always. Everyone is knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Been going there for years and have no complaints. I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty and it’s still running with 210,000 miles, I think that speaks for itself.

So many people have anxiety over buying a car but if you go see Mark Fashion (Sales) - Pat (Finance) it will go as easy as buying a loaf of bread minus a bunch of paper. lol. All kidding aside everyone at the dealer made me feel welcome and was genuine in my opinion. Thanks to Mark I love my new Chrysler 300!! I wish could even tell more people about my experience! Friendly service from everyone involved. They exceeded all of my expectations as my car was not in stock. There was great communication and very easy to plan for.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Great experience start to finish. They were so helpful and accommodating, even delivered the car even though I was 5 hours away.

The salesman Chester Balistreri did a very good job with the sale of the vehicle and following up with me by phone & text . I was very disappointed with the lack of detailing especially since I paid $299 to have the vehicle delivered from Hatfield PA. The wheel wells and lower inner doors were dirty and were salt covered . The inside carpeting wasn’t vacuumed instead was covered by the Highlander matts . I had to take out the matts out and vacuum the carpeted floors myself. The 2019 Highlander I traded in was detailed very well when I purchased it - somebody dropped the ball this time around .

Mark rolled out the red carpet for my preowned Malibu purchase! I drove almost 4 hours to get there and when I arrived, Mark had the car ready to go and paperwork was ready as well. Mark was super personable and accommodating. Nick in Finance continued the red carpet experience. He was ready to go, personable, and had me out in record time. Can’t say enough good things. I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.
