What an outstanding car buying experience. Cleo Bay Subaru far exceeds any of our car buying experiences. What makes Cleo Bay better is their honest customer service which is truly unbelievable. After seeing one of their cars advertised on Auto trader, with extremely low miles and fantastic price, we visited the Cleo Bay website and began researching their inventory and BBB rating. We were impressed by what I saw and called to “feel them out”. With no appointment scheduled and impressed by what I heard, we decided to make the 1 hour drive from Waco to Killeen to see their operation for ourselves. We were welcomed by Mark Timm as soon as we pulled up. We found a very professional and clean showroom with some very nice antique automobiles. We knew what we were there to see. The entire Cleo Bay staff is highly knowledgeable about each car in their inventory and never pressures you to buy, which is truly refreshing. With our particular purchase, we found their price of the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to be up to $5000 cheaper than we could find anywhere else --unbelievable! What sealed the deal was the awesome trade-in allowance they offered us on our 2014 Ford Escape Titanium which was more than any other dealer had offered us. I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is
I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.
