Came in for my annual service and also one concern, found water coming in on the driver’s side floor from the rain. Tonya kept in communication with me what was going on and how long it would take. She is one to go above and beyond and I love that. She is very professional and personable. I am glad she is my service person, she makes coming in a pleasure. My work done was in a good time frame considering it was the holidays. The technicians gave me a thorough review of the work done on my car. I am happy with this dealership’s service department.

Overall, customer service was good which to me is by far the most important. I only had one issue and that was after getting my oil changed the next day the cover on the oil pan was dragging possibly to due to not putting it back on right. I took it to them the very next day and they managed to take care of it no questions asked. I also managed to have my tires swapped out for all new tires , as they managed to give me a decent price on them including installation. Communication was definitely great and I appreciate their service. I would definitely recommend dependable dodge to anyone looking to buy a car.

The sales person Desmond was awesome. I came to car lux specifically for one particular car that I saw online. That particular car was not available. However, Desmond worked extremely hard to get me in not just any car, but the right car to suit my needs. He worked tirelessly with the finance department to insure that got the car that I ended up purchasing. So not only did he pay attention to my wants, he also paid close attention to my needs. For that I'm extremely grateful. The finance team was also excellent in meeting the terms that I was qualified for. This review is for the customer service I received late in the evening by Jason, Russ and Chris although we didn't come into an agreement to a purchase price they were all a great team to meet. Thanks Jason, you were very knowledgeable and clear in explaining the different trims available for the Grand Cherokee, your patience was exceptional in that I asked many questions to have a better understanding and you demonstrated and test drove various options available at the location. I didn't feel rushed, hassled or ignored. Thanks Russ for explaining the possible purchase options with what can be adjusted with whats available. They have alot of cars that were in my budget and some that were 2007 or 08 with 50-70k miles. I was shocked. I ended up getting a Camry but I would have taken any of the cars. THe selection is crazy. Thanks guys you made it happen.
