I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Needed critical electrical work on my 2023 Corvette so I contacted Chad my service rep. As always, he got me into the shop in just a few days. Lee the C8 tech found a short in my truck switch. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I had a good vehicle service visit. I had to have a defective rear view camera replaced and had to leave vehicle overnight while awaiting shipment of new camera. I was kept informed of work progress and had car back next day.

I love my 300, it gives me the power I need when I need . It gives me comfort while I drive. I feel very secure in it. It keeps me humble because without God I would not be driving it. This is how I feel like it or leave it.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. Great car. My fifth 300. started with 99 300M, then 05 300C, 2012 300 Touring L, 2018 300 Touring S(got totalled a yr in with 7k miles) to my current 2019 Touring L. 3 yrs old with almost 24k miles, still love the car. Wanna hopefully get a 2023, so I can have the latest one before they stop making them. Love the ride, rwd layout, 3.6 engine with 8 speed, 8.4" U Connect with upgraded sound system and Bluetooth/Carplay excellent. Comfortable and roomy. I am 6 foot 1 inch and I have room aplenty. White paint with white leather interior look awesome.

So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I had inquired on a few cars... It's all about timing and I found two cars I liked. I worked with the salesperson prior to coming into the dealership so we had a pretty clear understanding. I also prequalified. Then, I came by and Tony treated me respectfully and answered my numerous questions. In the end, I like my purchase and would probably return to this dealership if a different car was needed OR when I need service.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

i recently bought a car from her but my tires were flat and i came to get help. hours spent at the dealership can be awful but out of all the hours i’ve spend there this past month getting my new car this was my best experience yet. Josh Ballard helped me out with getting new tires he was timely on everything and made sure to get the best answers before contacting me. he was so attentive in every detail. this is my first time dealing w a car alone since i’m in az for college. he was unable to get the car delivered to my school and he knew i need to ask for a ride to get to the dealer before i could even respond he had already sent me a lyft pass so i can ride to the dealer! he made sure i didn’t make any unnecessary expenses and he made sure i had my car back to me asap!

My 2019 Chrysler 300 Ltd. replaced my previous car, Mercedes E420 which i loved and had for over 22 years. The Chrysler has much amazing worthwhile technology. It is comfortable, roomy and attractive. The 6 cylinder engine is like a V-8. When i replace this car, i will hope to purchase a newer version of this same car.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I actually have not been able to get to this location as of yet, but so far, the attention I am getting from the staff is great! I've been needing a "new" car, and they have what I want in stock....it's all just a matter of symmetrics now. I look forward to dealing with them in person when I find the perfect fit for me there.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

This is my second purchase from Ideal. Found a 2010 Ford Explorer on their website. It was still in the process of title being passed to them. Waited and checked back with them 2 weeks later. I was able to get a chance to drive it and took it on the freeway. This time I requested financing which they carried out quickly and provided me with a very low finance rate. Yes, they did add for putting the auto in "ready" condition. My auto had just come out of auction which required cleaning and checking to make sure it was servisable. The staff handled all the paperwork and licensing which saved me time. Thanks to everyone at Ideal for a very good Explorer.
