I explained to him we wanted to trade our 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum and I wanted to know if we could make the deal over the phone and he said yes. This made our purchase very easy. I sent pictures of our current truck, within a short amount of time he replied back with a great price and trade in allowances for ours. We agreed on the price and we drove from Florida to Ohio to make the purchase. Once we arrived he greeted us at the door, we were in and out within a few hours. We could not be more pleased! Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

When I initially pulled up at the dealership, they had so many options to choose from. Walking into the front door you were greeted by the receptionist right away, who took down my information and got me over to a sales person immediately Kayla was so helpful. she immediately pulled up the vehicle that I was interested in got pulled up for me to do a test drive after the test drive we kind of went in a different direction for more space with a vehicle she was able to pull up the equinox that they had on the lot. Immediately went through the ones that they had kind of gave her information about how much we were trying to put down and what we wanted the monthly payments to be and we went ahead with the 2022Chevy Equinox. She immediately pulled the car up for us to do a test drive when we got back from the test drive. We did let her know that it was the vehicle that might fit our family. She immediately went over the Carfax report with us and was so helpful with getting things to the finance department and getting us approved for the vehicle. Kayla’s customer service. I will give her a 10 out of 10 it was the best experience with searching for a new vehicle that I’ve had in a long time.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I'm posting my review on multiple rating sites. This branch in Herrnstein in Waverly is wonderful. We had chosen a car via cars.com and decided to see this one. We drove 2 hours to get there, knowing that the truck listing might not be what we wanted Well the truck fit the bill, we set up financing easily, and we were on the road. Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

We drove about 100 mile to buy this jeep, they beat the local dealer by several thousand dollars. The sales manager was great to work with and the salesman that did the delivery was fantastic. Sales person went over all the options on our new Gladiator he even programmed both our phones. I feel he spent plenty of time with us and was not rushed at all. Salesman also had the jeep filled with gas and our old license plate on the new jeep while we signed all the paperwork. The wife and I both highly recommend this dealership for anyone ready to purchase smoothest transaction I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

We went here after seeing a car advertised online. Jessie was our contact and salesperson. The obd2 reading indicated some issues....They lowered the price to defray the cost of oxygen sensors. That was kind of them! Jessie was awesome and the other employees we interacted with were friendly. This car is now our 16 year old daughters first car! She is delighted! I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!
